This restaurant delivered good carryout before the pandemic and their experience shows. The food is delivered as promised, helpings are satisfying and seasoned to request. Ordered the chicken pad Thai and the gang dang. The gang dang was very good. The pad Thai had 2 pieces of chicken in the dish. When I called to let them know about the lack of chicken they explained to me that the gang dang was a different dish. I realize that but a pad Thai chicken should consist of some amount of chicken over two pieces. She was very short with me on the phone. So I stated I did not want a refund , I did not want free food in the future, I was just letting them know because obviously the kitchen made a mistake. And I have ordered there in the past and enjoyed the food. Once again I was told on a abrupt manor I will tell the kitchen to count the chicken. Ok what I hoped would have been a acknowledgment of a simple mistake and would have kept me as a customer is a deal breaker on the way I was treated. I've been to the former restaurant a couple times and always felt like it lacked a little something. But with the new name and owners, the food is excellent. Ordered the Pad Thai and Tom Yum soup; the noodles were delicious but the chicken had no flavor on its own. The soup was on point, delicious broth, it was my favorite. Very solid Thai. The business has been very COVID conscious the times I have been here for pick up. Great gluten free offerings and very gf conscious. Staff has always been very helpful with the menu. Quick pick up, orders are always accurate. The food is very good thai. On Tuesdays they run a lunch portion pad thai special for $5. Disappointing The beef Pad Se-Ew was mushy and the meat tasted old. The lettuce wraps were dry and are served without any sauce. The tom yum soup was pretty good but had only microscopic bits of chicken in it, that tasted old as well. My girlfriend and I were in the mood for pad Thai and stumbled across this place and figured we'd give it a try since it was newer and in the area. We got the chicken pad Thai and it exceeded expectations. Very flavorful, chicken wasn't rubbery, noodles were good, everything I could want in a good pad Thai. It's a little pricey for what you get (~$12) but I read they have it for $5 on Tuesday's so I'm excited about that. I don't make reviews often. This is the best Thai food I've ever had. I did not expect this. First, the phone customer service is good. Second, the food came cleanly packaged in sturdy plastic containers instead of those flimsy, leaky styrofoam containers. Lastly, the food tastes really good. It seems fresher than other places. It's cooked properly and has the right amount of sauce, spice and everything. I've been twice so far and each time gotten the Drunken Noodle and Pad Thai. The food is pricier than other places but it's worth it because this seems like much better quality Hopefully one day soon we can sit inside and eat to get a better idea of the dining experience there. read more

I have tried Thai food in MULTIPLE states ( over 10 states as I used to travel and road trip a lot). I've NEVER ever had Thai food as good as the food they make here. I've moved to a different state about a year ago and I've been trying to find a Thai spot that's as good as this one however no one comes close to it. Their pad Thai is the best I've ever had in my life and trust me I've ordered from PLENTY of spots! Everything else on the menu is great as well. Their Thai ice tea is incomparable to any other as it is always fresh and you can tell by the taste. It's truly the best Thai food I've ever had. Their prices are fair for the quality of food and chefs they have. I miss this Thai spot ! I've also worked here for many years before moving I went by my nickname sally because my real name is almost impossible to pronounce. I know for a fact that in my days all the hosts and servers where extremely nice and will accommodate to every request that they are physically able to do. I also know for a fact their food is always fresh, one of the freshest I've ever tasted. I wish I could have them ship me some pad Thai but unfortunately I live a thousand miles away. This will always be my favorite spot for Thai food! The new owners are also much nicer than the old ones. I've worked for them before the ownership changed and afterwords too. I believe the new owners are way more involved and on top of things than the old ones. They also treat both their employees and customers with much more care and compassion while being on top of everything. The restaurants atmosphere is also amazing ! Downhill since change of ownership. Was better when it was operated by Bangkok Cuisine. Terrible food and terrible service. Ordered take out, pad thai "hot". Got home. Zero spice. It was noodles with oil and sugar. The restaurant refused to refund unless I brought the meal back, 40 min round trip which I wasn't willing to do. I offered to email them a picture, they refused to refund after acknowledging it was their mistake. They can keep my $8, I won't be going back. read more

Located in what used to be the old Bangkok Cuisine, it now has the funny name (pronounced incorrectly as a joke most times) Phuket Thai. It's located just south (walking distance) of MJR theater, between Hamlin's Pub and Play It Again Sports in the strip plaza. And it's totally worth getting carryout, if you like Thai food. I've been here more times than I can count and I'll definitely be back for more. From their appetizers, to soups to entrees, everything has been worth a repeat. My favorite appetizers are their fresh rolls, sold as a pair for only $4.25. They are stuffed full of protein of your choice and tons of fresh veggies! The clear dipping sauce is phenomenal! I'd drink it which a straw if it wasn't frowned upon. The Thai salad, with fried tofu and tons of fresh veggies is a great choice too. The hot and sour soup was good but not much going on for it. Needed more goodies and a better flavor profile. The spring rolls are definitely recommended here. You get 3 to an order for only $4.25. It's kinda a must when you eat at Thai places and these did not disappoint. They are served with that amazing clear dipping sauce. I swear, put an IV in me and feed it to me intravenously. Come here on Tuesdays, all day long, open to close, they offer the Pad Thai at a $6 special! $6 for chicken, tofu or veggie Pad Thai. That's awesome! And the food is awesome! I've been here a lot! I decided that I would like to try something different tonight as I eat a lot of Thai food on a regular basis. I thought the ribs sounded good and ordered them along with my wife's order. It was the worst meal I can remember having in years. There was very little meat and what was there was so full of gristle that very little was edible. Half of the meal was waste. Complete failure. Website says Bangkok Cuisine which is why I ordered, the building says Phuket Thai. Drive six miles only to be given the wrong order but the quoted price. I know the Thai people pronounce it Poo Ket, but when I went to school the ph together makes a F sound, that is how I will pronounce it regarding this store. read more

I have been going here for quite a while and recently it has not been nearly as good as it used to. I decided to give it one last shot. Sometimes its dry so I specifically ask for the pad thai to have a little extra sauce so its not dry and then its perfect. Yesterday I ordered my usual pad thai and asked for there to be a little bit of extra sauce so its not dry. The man lady on the phone was rude and was trying to tell me its going to be extra $2.75. I am not sure how 1 extra tablespoon of the sauce is $2.75. I am not asking for a side container of the sauce. I simply just want a little tablespoon amount of extra sauce mixed in so the noodles are not dry. The lady kept telling me its going to be $2.75. I always get it this way and its never extra $2.75 and I didn't want to argue so I just said ok. I get the pad thai and the noodle's are literally bone dry as if there was zero sauce on them and then on the side was a little styrofoam cup of the sauce... when I put the sauce in it was horrible and bitter and ruined the entire meal. I felt as if the man lady on the phone was mad that I asked why it was so much for a little bit of extra sauce and decided to play a game with me by putting no sauce on the pad thai at all and on the side with a weird over salted sauce that not even a starving person would eat. Safe to say ill never be returning to this place again. Do better! read more
