It smelt like mothballs in there. You have to wash your fabric immediately once you get it because it stinks in there. All the styles of fabric were dusty and tough. Everything was overpriced and you are limited to an outdated selection of textiles and prints! The service was bad. Everybody has an attitude. I will never be back. Things have changed drastically at this store and it is not worth the hype.

It's a bright and inviting space with a unique way of accessing fabric, fat quarter swatches of each print are hung, with a numbered tag, on the wall and they'll run to the back to fetch the yardage for you. It reminded me of furniture shopping and piling all the swatches on the table while you agonize over colors. The only downsize is swatches are hung by color not collection which could make things a bit more difficult to find or identify. They carry high quality quilters cottons with a wide selection of prints and blenders mostly modern if I had to say their emphasis and a small section of batiks. They offer long arm services and classes which are just getting started back up again after their brief closure from Covid. Certainly a must stop if you're an avid quilter.

The staff does not speak English and the man that was cutting my chiffon cut a tiny slit then ripped it all the way down. Making the fabric lopsided. That was disturbing. My experience was ok. I paid $68 for the dry cleaning and over $80 for the alterations. I think the work was done nicely. I will say I thought the waist alterations would be different. They folded the cloth in and sewed it together. I thought they would be taking cloth out, but I have never had alterations done, so this was an assumption on my end. The work was done when they told me it would be, so I would recommend this place.
