They offer classes from time to time, like many other quilt shops, but I've found it really difficult to get class information. They have had my email address for quite some time, but I haven't gotten class info from them in well over a year. They offer long-arm quilting services, but the one and only time I took a pieced top in to be quilted, it was not ready until five months later! With no apologies. Unacceptable. The owner, who is usually the only employee working in the shop when I visit, is not friendly at all--and other quilters I've talked with have said the same, so its not just me. You can see the damage. I didn't have high hopes for the future of this chair or its mate that had suffered a fair amount of cat abuse over the same time period. Anthony and his team are phenomenal. His associates took the chairs from our living room to their shop, telling us when they'd be done. They were completed right on time and the project cost was not a penny more than the quote. But beyond that, just look at the craftsmanship! The quality of the work is outstanding. I was floored. I thought these chairs were ready for the dumpster and now they're ready for the showroom. Brand new chairs could not possibly look better or be sturdier than these. And they would have cost about double what we paid for the reupholstering.
