Not a Brewery anymore. When we came in after reading on untapped about a smoked porter someone reviewed in March . The brunch menu looked fantastic. We sat at the bar. When my husband asked about the smoked porter he said they didn't have that but told us that they had another porter. After some digging we found out they aren't actually a brewery anymore. The bar tender wasn't helpful. I asked what else they had on draft. He rattled off some varietals but not what breweries they were from. He casually mentioned the last tap which was a sour with a peanut butter after taste. Definitely up our alley but if we hadn't pried doubtful we would have even known it was there. He could afford to read the customers and what they are asking about. We were excited about brunch which he talked us out of everything we were considering. We ended up ordering a marshmallow fluff sweet Thai chili burger which sounded perfect for us. He tried to talk us out of it. It was great with the exception of being well well done. It was an out of the way drive for us wouldn't recommend. Won't be back. read more

We visited for Sunday brunch on Father's Day. WOW was this worth repeating! The service was incredible and food was amazing as were the drinks. We had the American breakfast, steak and eggs and the Bloody Mary. Yes, the Bloody Mary was an actual breakfast. Candied bacon, a scotch egg, chicken and waffles and some kind of stuffed potato tot all in the Bloody Mary!! The steak was perfectly cooked as were the eggs. The star was the chicken and waffle it was absolutely delicious- the chicken was moist with a great crispy outside that paired perfectly with the sweetness of the waffle . LOL This Is their signature burger.... A 1/4 piece of bacon stale onion crisp on top and no flavor. Applebees is better. I wanted to like this place but we sat at a table for 20 mins and never got grated as the "manager" and other servers walked around. We then moved to the bar and finally was able to get a drink. The kid was nice but flustered and only had 8 people at the bar. We witnessed two people walk out from the bar for not being greeted. We stopped by on a Saturday evening to check this place out. We were seated immediately and instantly cooled down thanks to the patio fans. It's the only way to survive outdoor eating in the hot Florida summer. There was live music playing, but the volume was too loud (I know, that means I'm old ). All of the servers were dressed nicely (coordinated steampunk but in their own style). The food was great! I had fish tacos, the hubs had a burger, and our kids had another burger and the Mac and cheese. Our only issue was that the kitchen seemed to get backed up so we waited a while for the kids dessert and our check. It's forgivable, though, considering they just recently opened and are likely still working out the kinks. We will definitely be coming back to see what else they have to offer! read more

While spending the weekend In Kissimmee we found this brewery on Yelp. I'm glad we did. The Speakeasy style restaurant is very nice and comfortable. The food was amazing, we started with the Candy Beacon, a must try. I had the ribeye and Alex the bar tender recommended having it cold smoked. Very nice touch. My wife had the shrimp and scallops, she said they were excellent. One thing that impressed her was they cut the tails off which is a plus for her, nice touch. Now the service. We sat at the bar area and Alex was tending the bar. He was awesome. Great personality and made nice recommendations for food. I was excited to try this place out for Mother's Day but we were all slightly disappointed :-( we had multiple problems and while the staff was nice, they didn't seem to give much empathy to these issues when brought to their attention! The food was okay but I expected it to wow me! The best thing was the bacon for sure and the speakeasy theme was pretty cool! Perhaps their brunch is better or maybe we just came at a weird time! I will say the wine I had was also delicious! I would maybe go back and try again however it's also a far drive for me! Walking into this place you truly feel like you are being transported into a turn of the century speakeasy. I arrived early for a large group function and sat at the bar for a few minutes. The detail in the woodwork was really neat. We had a large group and the service was very good throughout the meal. Everyone seemed to enjoy the food. The presentation of the candied bacon was definitely a highlight for sure. I ordered the pesto gnocchi as my meal and it was decent. It had a little too much pesto for my taste. I also tried the Phyre Burger and this was a huge stand out! The blend of meat was super flavorful and juicy. The beer cheese was a nice touch as well. The french fries are the shoe string type and were very good as well. I'm not much of a drinker, but as would be expected in a speakeasy they had a huge selection of unique Cocktails, beers and wine. Since we didn't want to have a huge meal, my husband and I split an order of sliders and a flight of beers. My favorite of the beers we tried was the Beautiful Disaster. It was perfect for a hot day. For the sliders we chose the Phyre burger which had caramelized onions and beer cheese, the Buffalo chicken, and BLT. The BLT had this awesome candied bacon which also comes as an appetizer. This place is a portal to a time of prohibition, but we can legally drink! The staff is extremely friendly, and knows their menu well, I highly encourage everyone to follow their recommendations. This place has signature cocktails that are fantastic, and the food does not fall behind. My favorite is their candy bacon with their darkest beer. Phyre never disappoints. I've gone to this restaurant since the start at their original location. It's a go to place when I want to show off a great restaurant in my little town. The new design at the new location is sheek and elegant. It provides a very relaxing dining experience. Tonight, I took my BFF. We had Cash as our waiter. Cash was quick to greet us and take our drink order. By the time we got our drinks, he grabbed our appetizer order, Phyre Candy. The app came out in great time and in a way I had never seen at any restaurant - 5 hanging cooked strips of deliciousness handing from a clothes pin. The mixture of sweet and "phyre" is always perfect. My husband and I got the Pork Chops. They were cooked to perfection and topped with their apple/onion gravy. I would have like more apples, but that is simply a personal choice. My BFF got the Pork Sliders. She said they were the best she had ever had and the Bourbon BBQ sauce was amazing. I love that Saint Cloud is diversifying its restaurant/brew options. Phyre Brewery is a cute little vintage pin up themed micro brew and restaurant. The atmosphere is casual, with an indoor/outdoor dinning area that is in a covered barn-like dining area. There is no heat or AC, so dress accordingly. They have fans and misters when the temperatures start to rise. It was chilly the evening we went, so a sweater or light jacket was definitely needed. They have a small indoor bar area/tap room that I never did get around to checking out but will return for. The service was excellent. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. All of the waitresses dress according to the pin up theme which is an interesting touch. The menu offered a variety of food options. For the brew, I tried the blonde ale that was just ok for me. It was darker than blonde ales I am use to, and it wasn't as light or smooth tasting as I was hoping for, but it wasn't bad. I ordered the 8oz filet cooked medium, with seasonal vegetables and mashed potatoes. My mom ordered the burger with fries, and my husband went for the special of the day which was fried fish with fries and slaw. All of the meat, except the fried fish, was smoked. I was skeptical about my filet being smoked, but it had good flavor, was tender, juicy and cooked perfectly. My mom enjoyed her burger and fries as well, but my husband wasn't over the moon about his fish. According to him, the fish was ok, but lacked any flavor and the coleslaw was very plain. Overall I really enjoyed this nice addition to my Saint Cloud community and will definitely be back to sample more of their beers and meals, and to check out their tap room. We have tried on 2 different times months apart and have been very disappointed in the food quality both times. One time is an off day but two times months apart is not. This last time was for the burger special the black and blue burger was a gross burger patty with a piece of wilted lettuce and nothing else, there was no black or blue anywhere. The other burger was the mushroom swiss, which had 1 small grilled onion a couple of mushrooms and not even a full slice of swiss. Both burgers ended up in the trash. The dumpster Pfrys were truly loaded with pulled pork, not over done w a great BBQ sauce, delicious beer cheese. The burger was cooked as ordered. Gotta say we stopped in here on a whim while we were on St. Cloud. So glad we did the peach so swell sparkling drink was a great suggestion (way better than white claw flavor !). I feel I need paragraphs to describe these French fries holy cow they were exactly how French fries should Always taste. Crispy and seriously perfect! They paired it with Siracha ketchup which was amazing too. Too bad fort myers doesn't have a spot like this because it was perfect! We specifically went to Phyre for the Sunday Bloody Mary's. We got the one for two, "The Kitchen Sink". Literally a little bit of everything out in the drink from sliders, donuts, tacos, empanadas, to a tomahawk steak!! Food overall was delicious. The steak actually wasn't that good. It wasn't bad but not something I would go out of my way to order and I love steak. Hazel was our server. She was awesome and quick to make sure we were taken care of. Sunday mid day seemed to be a little busy. It's not a huge place so limited seating. We did have a larger party so it took a little longer to get seated but I'm sure if we were a smaller group we probably wouldn't have waiting much. Stopped in for lunch today while in the area, our 1st visit. Not too crowded so we were seated right away. Being a Sunday, they had CYO Bloody Mary's. I opted to get one with a scotch egg. My husband went for the brown sugar old fashioned. Sweeter than a normal Old Fashioned, but tasty! The Bloody Mary was delicious and a great deal. I think next time I will get more than just the scotch egg on my Mary. There were so many options from extra blue cheese olives to chicken and waffles to a pork chop! In fact, you can really just add on and skip an entree altogether (which is probably what I will do in the future!) We dined with our 10 and 5 year olds. There are kids options off menu (sliders, mac and cheese, etc), but my kids ended up wanting the Belgium waffles off the brunch menu. They shared and the kitchen was kind enough to split the waffle onto 2 plates for us. My husband got the beef dip (I forgot what it was called on the menu) and I went with the mozzarella and tomato pressed sandwich. I almost opted to get a small side salad instead of fries....but I'm so glad I didn't. The fries are seriously addicting and the sriracha ketchup they served along side was amazing! My husband said the bread is what made the beef sandwich. We both cleaned our plates!
