We live in Poinciana and we have been here since 2001. We just found out about this little BBQ gem. First thank you for being pet friendly. The ambiance was quant and nice. Not a big place for the food but is is great for groups. The food was good for fast food BBQ but was restaurant quality BBQ. We are making this a monthly ritual with our two dogs. They also have a nice w park area that is paved and good for wheel chairs, bring my mom next time she visit. Plus they have airboats for paid rides. Looking to try everything on the list and will get a drink from the outside bar.

NOT OPEN FOR DINNER. Tried to come here for my birthday dinner with family and made the critical mistake of not checking their restaurant hours. What a disaster. No birthday dinner for me. Boo hoo. We were craving bbq. Overall this area has no food offerings. When will a restaurant for dinner ever open in this area???????

my dog and i on a airboat prop and a video of this gem or a business everyone was a hospitality master amazing ppl made this the best...

this place was amazing. I was so happy to finally go & plan to go back this place is dog, friendly, and entertaining. The people were amazing. The food was fabulous and I had a wonderful time here if you're in the area treat yourself and go here.

Spanish moss adds to the ambiance.

Nice little roadside tourist stop with airboat rides, indigenous village and alligators on display. The food is decent albeit tourist-pricy. It was fun.

Sorry we didn't take pics of the food.

Sooooo good! We had the Brisket plate with the bbq brisket with beans and green beans and it was so good, the chicken sandwich with a side and the kids grilled cheese all consumed. Reasonable price for good sized portions.

    Airboats ready !

Definitely a must check out, nice local business, cool Airboat ride. My family and I got to see some gators in the wild. It was a nice experience. Food was good too. Overall great

It was an expensive meal (sandwiches, nuggets, rib basket and 3 lemonades = $60-$70). The taste was good but again our choices may not have been what they are known for. You can't beat the beauty of the place and friendly service. It's over 18 miles off of the turnpike. If you love going off the beaten path of chain restaurants this is a great place to eat and go for an airboat ride. The drive there definitely shows the beauty of Florida oaks and farm lands.

What more can one say then "Mmm Mmm Mmm this is finger licking good" by far some of the best brisket I have ever had. I came to Florida for a work conference almost stayed for this place. We had an appointment for a boat ride we were running late because of car rental issues. We called ahead to them as they close the restaurant earlier than are appointed time (which is my biggest complaint as I would have bought more after the boat ride). They were more than willing to take an order on the phone and had it ready for us when we arrived. The timing couldn't have been more perfect. We also got some ribs which also were tops. If you are ever in Florida make arrangements to come here for this scrumptious feast and take an amazing airboat ride as well.

Swamp cabbage! Not as bad as you think!

Thus place is in the middle of nowhere next to the air boat tour and past a cattle farm. Definitely try the fried gator meat. It is really juicy and crisp. The waitress said it was freshly caught!I'm just a tourist so I cannot tell if she is joking or not. What they say about gator tasting like chicken is mostly true. Are we in the matrix? Jokes aside, you should try the swamp cabbage. Since I'm asian, I really liked it. Tastes like bamboo shoots, and the waitress even gave us a sample for free. Even though this place is close to a cattle farm, their manager said the steaks don't come from that farm. Nevertheless, they are still good. Don't forget to use your boat ride ticket to get a 10% discount while it lasts!

    Tender beef brisket with sides.

The alligator bites are tasty here, along with the brisket. Everything except for the alligator seemed under seasoned. The staff are very pleasant and the dining room is comfortable with a nice view. I support the environmental efforts of the wooden cutlery, but it is very different and takes a little time to be comfortable with using them. It looks like they are working to improve their food and I would definitely go back again.

Bbq, bbq, Bbq Great food. Good portions. Great taste. Good ambiance. I was looking for BBQ food in the Kissimmee area. The restaurant is part of Boggy Creek Airboat Rides. It was a great surprise to find such good tasty food. Everything was cooked to perfection. Pulled pork: Great Brisket: Great Baby-back ribs: Great St Louis Ribs: Great Service: Great They offer both dine in and take-out. The grounds are perfect for eating outside. Don't hesitate to visit the property. A great place for all.

The shrimp and grits is fantastic! The best ever. The French toast was too sticky but it was tasty. I recommend this restaurant.

Unfortunately today's visit was Miserable..not due to the food but the service. We were seated promptly as we walked in as we were only a party of 2. Once we were seated we sat for over 15 minutes waiting to be served. We had to flag another server from a different section to find the person in charge of our area. After another 5 minutes our server came to us completely clueless. He took our order but never asked what sides or anything. He ran off only to come back to ask the necessary questions. We noticed on this day alot of servers had zero pep and a lot of them were just standing around while theit customers waited for their food. Once the food came we were happy with the meal but once again we never saw our server once the food was placed on the table. We waited over a half hour again and had to find a manager to get our check, the server never came back to even say sorry. This was probably the worst experience we have had in the 10yrs of coming to this location. We will be back but hope this was a one off and we will make sure our server Brandon will never serve us again.

Absolutely delicious and it's served with warm strawberry syrup which had me in a choke hold it was so good. We both enjoyed these seasonal menu items so much we barely spoke lol! Ambiance was warm and friendly and we will definitely be back to order the strawberry stuffed pancakes & strawberry French toast bake again , 10/10!

Aside from the pancakes, I love their country fried chicken and mashed potatoes served at lunch.
