Cindy was my masseuse and she got every spot that has been hurting and aching for months. She used the perfect amount of pressure and did consistent check ins with me to make sure I was ok. She seemed annoyed that I was even in the store. I was told that they weren't taking appointments that were booked online. She said I should have never been allowed to book online and that my confirmation email was not sufficient for my appointment. She refused my service and said I'd have to call later to book because she was busy and didn't have time to book me in person. I just smiled and said okay. I acted like her rudeness and lack of customer service was acceptable, but it most certainly was not.
