I have been in here few times. they are really bad at booking appointment, timing, and giving price. I went here for hair laser removal The lady by name "Merry" sold me high price Paket. It was included two legs and bikini area. Each time i made an appointment an I got off from work and drive long to the place, she pretended that she doesn't recognized me and told me she doesn't have time to finishing all area. she never been on time and so rude to me. last time I made an appointment and spend $60 for buying numming cream but she told me the laser machine doesn't work. she doesn't respect people's time and money. If I could, it would be zero stars. If you want light spot removal from your face, DO NOT go to Mary! Not only was the procedure more painful than child birth, but she has no business diagnosing the best way to remove sun damage. Then after the damage was done to my destroyed face (dark spots ALL over my face), she blamed it on me for not wearing my sunscreen. I'd been doing everything she told me and actually confined myself to my house to take extra precautions to not get any sun. When I decided to go to the doctor instead, she told him lies about my face and why she chose to use the hyfrecator vs. a laser. It's been since Aug 30th, and my face is STILL completely full of dark brown spots, 100 times worse than when I went for my first treatment. Save your money and go to a qualified dermatologist like Dr. No in Folsom, or Dr. Ha in Roseville!! read more

Dont go here for guaranteed results for laser hair. They may promise it to you, but it won't happen. Got laser and it didnt work. They were transitioning getting a new machince and I was there dummy for everthing it seemed. Claimed i hadan allergic reaction at one point... Which in the end wasn't true and messed up everything else for future treatments. They promised two more treatments with their new machince since I had already had two. If not more with a call back and they never called me. Called them and rescheduled at the 2 treatments (cause it didn't work) a year later and now theyre saying they never said that, cancelled my appointment claiming i didnt follow protocols... Which I always did EXACTLY what they told me cause I wanted it to work after spending that much time and money. Not too happy about it. Arm pits and entire Brazilian area exactly the same. Spoty in my lower legs. Pretty much my theory is they never did the right settings for my skin and hair after the "allergic reaction" diagnosis by their DOCTOR. This also isn't the first time they claimed something not true. They tried charging my parents more and did on one occasion for all prepaid treatments. They arent organized and claim that you're a liar on their mistakes. If you want a great esti though... Go to Leslie. And oh wait... Ya, I was the one that referred her to that position. They couldn't find a good fit till I recommended and referred her. You're welcome. I've invested too much here to get treated like another worthless client. Also. When it came to their office manager, "she makes the decisions" "ill talk eith her about that agreement"...blahblah blah. I went to Dr. Harris for my first time getting Botox. Not only was he the lowest price I had found, but also very nice, gentle and courteous. I made the mistake of trying somewhere else and wasn't happy with the service. I had to tell them what I thought should be done. And it was a nurse, not the Dr. I just didn't feel like she knew what was going on. Back to Dr. Harris I go! I agree with Terri, you have to have REALISTIC expectations when having anything cosmetic done unless your shelling out thousands and thousands of dollars for surgery. The Yelper that complained about it not working on her and thinking that's the fault of this specific place has unrealistic expectations. You cannot expect to go in one time and have something done and look like a brand new person. It's a process! And you have to take care of your skin every day. I am super impressed with this office and my overall experience. I called for an emergency Botox session and they were able to see me the same day. Friendly staff and the surgeon was exceptionally knowledgeable, took his time to explain everything in detail and went over various options, and even opted for recommending the lowest cost product, unlike some of the other experiences I've had in the past where they've attempted to up sell me like a cheap car salesman. This surgeon was genuinely interested in addressing all of my questions and concerns and is clearly very well educated on the latest and greatest in aesthetic trends, but also validates his findings with proven clinical data. To top it off, it has only been 2 days since my visit and my wrinkles are already noticeably disappearing! I've been to many day spas and plastic surgeons for various injections/fillers, laser treatments, etc and this place is top notch both in quality of results AND affordability. Best doctor and nurses! I've been getting Botox for 10 years and I have never met such an amazing group of people! Dr. Harris is so tender to the touch and kind. Mary is the absolute best! She explains procedures thoroughly and has one of the best personalities! She is an expert at what she does. Donna is so sweet and kind. I love Physician's Laser. I drive all the way from San Francisco because of their excellent prices and skilled nurses. LGBT, and especially trans friendly, which is really important to me. Making the drive is definitely worth the time because of how much money you will save compared to San Francisco prices. Plus, free parking! I have been coming to see Mary for about 10 years. I first came as a teenager when I had acne, and I had great improvement. My acne has never come back. I have also had laser hair removal on my entire body except my eyebrows and head. I lost track how many sessions I have had, but Mary has never burned me and always let me take breaks when I needed them. She has such a happy outgoing personality and really cares about you. She is a true professional and with her background in burn unit, cardiac care, and allergy, I know that I'm in good hands. Mary has been doing my botox for the last couple years as well. The lines are gone. No one ever believes me when I tell them I get it done. I can alway move my face naturally and frown if I want. I drive a considerable distance for the professionalism of the staff and the time they take to explain everything. I got the DOT laser and WOW...NO results, ok Doc, if you have to look at me through a microscope to see results and you see "some" - fine...I got some, but this is not what I expected for $1100, plus down time, plus all the stuff they made me buy. I mean, I would have liked ONE person on the planet to notice I did something!!!! And no follow-up, after you burn-off the top of many layers of my face, not a call, zip. I would say the place is perfectly friendly and safe, but who cares! I would prefer someone is rude to me and I get results for my money! Dr. Harris and his staff run an incredible boutique style practice with Nordstrom-level customer service and bedside manner. I've had consults and/or procedures with several well known dermatologists in the greater Sacramento area, and none come close to exceeding my expectations like Dr.Harris and his staff do. For comparison, Dr.Hearth in granite bay and Dr.Kilmer in Sacramento both have large-beautiful practices, but don't be fooled. Whenever I go elsewhere I feel like I'm being herded through like cattle or a piece of meat with dollar signs on my back. I'm reminded how grateful I am to be a patient at Physician's Laser. Dr.Harris has even been knowledgeable and kind enough to help repair damage done by other providers. I always have lots of questions to address whenever I'm getting a treatment or consult, and they always take the time to make me feel heard and validate my concerns. Quite frankly I am not an easy patient to please, and I feel like if anyone isn't happy here they certainly aren't going to be happy anywhere else. Be sure to look into adding platelet rich plasma to your procedures to enhance results. This cutting edge procedure is not offered at many offices and the fact that they offer it here speaks volumes to the level of technology and continuing education knowledge that Dr.Harris prides himself in.
