If I hadn't decided to spring for a membership I'd definitely be having trouble choosing which classes to attend. The membership is more than worth the investment! As someone who was born and raised in the Hudson Valley, I'm so grateful that community-minded spaces like this exist. I'm always on the lookout for studios that center inclusivity and don't shy away from the full energetic spectrum of healing -- not just the white-washed, toxic positivity kinds that can too often accompany many healing modalities. Her attentiveness and the detail of her instruction varies on the students' needs. Her teaching style was firm, focused and yet energetically calming. I found myself pushing myself to do better and feeling good about it. I can only imagine that the other classes and their instructors are just as good. I read some reviews about how this is a legit yoga spot and I'm so glad we checked it out. I'm always a fan of places that put the work in the services they offer; as opposed to investing in the beautification and aesthetics of the place but offering subpar service.
