However the marble itself was not good quality. I could not pick up the pieces myself so I had someone else pick them up. Nearly every piece I purchased had a slight crack and was glued at the exact location of the crack on the back of each piece. When I emailed the sales women about this problem she responded "I remember seeing the marble when it was loaded onto the truck, and it seems that it may have been damaged during transportation. I completely understand your frustration with this situation. Unfortunately, as per our policy, we do not cover damages for pickups once the pieces are taken. However, I want to resolve this issue for you. In order to remake and replace the pieces, there will be a remake fee of $250." The person I had pick up the piece did not have a truck, they used an SUV. Additionally, I do not believe it was damaged during transportation as it was glued on the back where each break appeared. I believe they damaged it during cutting or had a slab with imperfections that they sold me. Please take caution by picking up the marble yourself and examining each piece thoroughly before leaving the store. I will not purchase anymore material from this location as they sold me an inferior product at a premium price.

The guy seemed capable, but was not. He damaged many of the flagstones, and used the sealing sand with rain on the way (major mistake). The sand was uneven and has been coming out ever since. Some stones have become wobbly and sound hollow now too. I contacted Ismael, who said that it was not "his" worker, just someone who did stonework. I am thoroughly disappointed in the work done. I want the damaged stones replaced, and the sand applied correctly so that it seals well.

I had them complete a full bathroom remodel, do cosmetic updates to the kitchen, fresh ceiling lighting throughout the unit, add a wood valence to the bedroom window, and repaint the entire unit. Throughout the process, they were very flexible with design changes and the team felt more like a partner who allowed me to collaborate as the project evolved, rather than refusing to budge from a preset plan. A disaster from start to finish. Painted kitchen cabinets have started to peel. Work was done 6…read moremonths ago. Bathroom renovation - tile was put up so badly had to be removed only to find the drywall put up was a complete mess and had to be taken down and redone. All new tile had to be bought. Concrete in shower floor had to be removed as it was not sloped correctly and had to be redone. Paint and trim on walls was not completed although a final invoice was sent. Handle on new faucet fell off broken. No response from company about faucet or peeling paint.

I was referred to this place by the son of a friend who had assistance from Daniel when he did a complete kitchen remodel. Unfortunately Daniel ran away from me as I entered the showroom (I knew who he was based on his photo on their website.) I wanted a place that wasn't as precious as some of the Bethesda showrooms are, but this place isn't it. Just go online instead of bothering to drive out to Rockville. You'll get much more information that way, that's for sure. Makes you wonder how they stay in business.
