We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sisters birthday. It's a nice and quiet restaurant in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta for appetizer, the lasagna and seasonal special pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. It was all delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and fast! The service was wonderful. The wait staff came to check in on us frequently to clear plates, fill water etc. They also allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate. They placed it on a plate to serve and everything. Siamo has been around for a while, it was originally a very small restaurant, but now it's a very nice sized restaurant on Westward Drive in Miami Springs. The pizzas are simply delicious, thin crust with high quality toppings baked in a wood burning oven. This is not just a high end pizza joint, the entrees, pasta and salads are first class as well. Also, don't forget to try their homemade desserts, I personally love the panna cotta with the strawberry sauce it's light and delicious. My wife and I , Miami Springs residents, visited Siamo for dinner on 3/7/25 The food we ordered was unremarkable, to heavily salted, " and bland. The Service was poor, our waitress spoke little english, and was substandard for a restaurant we enjoyed in the past. I consulted with two of the waitresses about the " ambiance". Two men who obviously by the way they were dressed, had been at the gym, came in and sat down across from us. One of them sat down, removed his shoes, and placed his bare feet on the seat directly in my view. I told them rather than making a scene, that management should address such individuals of the impropriety of their lack of etiquette in a restaurant. Great food and service. Very nice restaurant around the Miami Springs Circle. Service was great and Antonio did an amazing job as our server. This time we ordered tomato creamed soup, a few pizzas and beer. Soup was amazing, it was made with what I think is ricotta to make it creamy. I would definitely order it again if available. The pizzas were all great. Wood fire oven, very thin, cooked perfectly. So why the 3 star rating? Well, the restaurant air conditioning was cold, and that is not a bad thing. But the vents were blowing right on top of us nonstop. We made a few comments to the staff and they said they would try to adjust it, but the problem was not raising the temperature of the place, the problem were the vents pointing down directly at us. With the very high ceilings, is a bit difficult to adjust with people dining. We didn't ask to move the table because there wasn't really a place to move it to. The biggest issue of having the air blowing on top of us is that it made our food cold very fast, not a big deal when having pizza but if you were having any other hot dish, not good. Again the server was very nice and even offered dessert on the house, which we gracefully declined because we were pretty full and no need to waste food that we weren't going to eat. A+ on being nice. But for the management: please fix the vents so they are not pointing down to any table. We appreciate keeping the place nice and cool but having cold air blowing on your head, shoulder and back for over an hour made me feel I was catching a cold. Will definitely revise my rating when I go back and the experience improves. In the mean time, definitely visit this restaurant, is really good, but bring your sweater or either sit outside or in a table that doesn't have a blizzard pointed to it. read more

This pizza is excellent! We were in Miami at a hotel near the airport aka a food desert. I had the hotel food for lunch and it wasn't terrible but wasn't gonna be dinner. We had a flight out in the am so no rental, so it was time for some Yelping ! The reviews led me to Siamo and I was glad that they did. I ordered a Hawaiian, a regular and a specialty order. It's really good pizza which i have to admit i wasn't expecting to get in Miami. My thoughts were almost entirely South American or seafood, so this was a nice surprise. UberEats was fast and easy, good tasting sauce, a light thinner crust then my preference, but it was a great texture and the toppings were delicious and fresh as well. All in all Siamo was clutch in this food desert and when we're back in Miami and i want some pizza Siamo's on the list. read more

This place is top notch. I brought my pops in today for his birthday for the first time with my sister. They both loved it. Plus he got a Nutella gelato for his birthday that was velvety and the nutella taste was so rich. The food is delicious. We had pizza and I love ALL their coal fire pizzas. I've never had a bad one. The Fiocchi di Pera e Gorgonzola is so creamy and tasty. Their customer service is great. Everyone is always polite and welcoming. You can sit where you want, downstairs or upstairs for a more intimate setting. And the ambiance is relaxed and inviting. Totally disgusting. I watched a "chef" preparing bread in the front oven area, not wearing gloves, blow his nose in a paper towel, then proceed to keep preparing bread for to be put in the oven. He didn't wash his hands after blowing his nose, instead had the audacity to put his dirty ass hands in raw bread dough. I immediately asked for the manager to report the "chef". Where to start. It was Mother's Day. We were seated on the second floor, ample space and seating, but to say it was a FURNACE upstairs is an understatement. It was BEYOND hot! We were literally roasting. The staff appeared embarrassed when we mentioned it, obviously used to this complaint. The owners need to do better. Sweating during a much anticipated meal is not ok. Aside from that, I will say the Bruschetta appetizer was delish. The pasta entries were mediocre, not bad, but nothing to rave about, a bit dry even. Perhaps they would have been more enjoyable if we weren't roasting upstairs. The Tiramisu was delicious. We attempted to order a brunch item (pancakes) at 3:10pm, and the server told us we were 10 minutes too late. That was insult to injury considering how uncomfortably hot we were upstairs. I will say, the pizza was amazing. My kiddos loved it. We will sooner order the pizza for take-out than ever dining in house here again. Prices were reasonable. For starters, we ordered the carpaccio with arugula topped with capers & we also ordered the Rotoli. For the entrees, we chose the lamb chops sprinkled with cherries that gave it a sweet kick accompanied with homemade mashed potatoes and the corvina (fish) with risotto. Siamo is my favorite spot in Miami Springs. I grew up here and lived in the neighborhood until recently. This was a regular spot for me! Hands down the best secret they have is their Nutella gelato! The best I've ever tried. Even when I am on a diet I refuse to neglect myself from the Nutella gelato! Thank me later. I always start with an order of the Bruschetta and then usually order a pizza. I love their Bruschetta. Their tomato mix is perfect. My favorite pizza is the Originia and the Diavola! The breakfast pizza as pictured below is also delicious. They have brunch here as well. The Alfredo sauce here is always great as well as the Lasagna. This place always has specials and they are honestly always amazing. What you get here in food quality would cost triple somewhere else.
