In and out was simple, the change was simple no problems till I went to change my oil this time. I go to remove the cover for my drain plug and it's missing that's gonna cost me 50 dollars to replace. Start to take out the plug and some of the threats are stripped so they forced the plug back on. Not very happy will be calling and trying to get them to at least pay the cost of the missing access cover. I already fixed the plug not a place I would recommend going to.

This shows me a lack of knowledge of these workers and perhaps no management training. I am a master auto/diesel mechanic with 60 years experience. Being retired I no longer have tools or means to do this type repair. I would also caution leaving anything of value in your vehicle.

He also provided photos of cracks in the suspension bars, and, again, consulted with me about what the repair would entail, the cost of the repair, and the options for safely driving without an immediate repair. Martin Tire provided an Uber driver to take me home and to pick me up when the repairs were accomplished. That was a tremendous benefit for me. My bill is itemized. The mechanic explained each section. He provided discounts as listed as "coupons" on the web site. My experience at Martin Tire Company in Las Cruces was re-assuring and positive.

We took it to a transmission repair place in our hometown of MT .. only because there are no Aamco transmission in Montana. The Aamco transmission was still under warranty. A warranty they gave with the transmission. Aamco will not honor it. After only 2,000 miles on their transmission they refused to honor their warranty. We need a whole new transmission. This place is a scam and their warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else . Anywhere else would be better. We are seeking legal remedies but it's shouldn't have ever come to this. also, I have one star but I would have given none if it were an option
