I feel they have terrible customer service, a terrible disposition and terrible attitudes. This store does a bad job of pleasing the customer and they do not seem to care. We wanted $3500.00 for the lot of guns. After researching all of the guns, the fellow (who was very nice) helping us was at $3350.00. He told me on my 2 most expensive guns he could go up a $100 on each and he did. We finally got to the $3500.00 mark. We needed to take the guns back and go over it with a relative who was still interested in one of the guns. We were told by the fellow helping us and 2 other individuals in the store that we could bring them back that the offer would still stand. After clearing the offer with our relative, I went back yesterday morning. I was treated with a different and horrible experience! There were a few different employees there and 2 of the same I saw the other day. They knew who I was because they knew what guns I had, this had apparently been discussed. I told them I brought the guns back and I had an offer of $3500.00. The manager type gut told me that I never had an offer and that they had only gotten up to $2500.00. After back and forth and even being lied to by the employees that told me to bring them back I left. The fellow who had helped us all that time the first day was apparently upstairs and couldn't come down. They treated me like I was an idiot and knew nothing about what we worked on and discussed. Because I was a woman? Who knows? They are liars and have a bad business. I think they are out to scam you and take advantage of people. So glad I took them to a real gun shop and got way more then what I was asking for. Stay away from this place. If you want to hock your 1989 VHS player, go for it but keep your expectations very low.
