What a cute coffee house! I met a couple of friends for a late coffee; we arrived around 8pm. Service was stellar and even with a couple of other tables present, it was still quiet. I tried their cortadito and have zero complaints. The coffee cake was good too! I was able to get some work done via their free wifi and catch up with some friends as well. I know that I'll be back.

This quaint place is one of my favorites. Not too IG but always welcoming. It used to be my go to study spot. It not a lot of seating but enough to make you feel at home, but not overwhelmed by people. The coffee is excellent and so aid the food menu. I definitely recommend this place .

Been going here ever since it opened. Great people who work there and I've made friends out of many of the regulars like me. They have been understanding about my dog accompanying me in to grab my coffee and then heading out as well. Chris, the owner is a great business person and supports the other "Main Street" businesses. Why would you not go here.

A perfectly beautiful little coffee shop. Coffee was wonderful and just seems like a perfect cafe to sit and enjoy a beverage and small bite. Staff are very friendly.

Favorite coffee shop on Main Street!! Even though I'm not a coffee drinker, they have refreshing green iced tea and scrumptious smoothies!! The ambiance is cozy and a bit eclectic, just like a great coffee shop should be! They feature artwork of local artists, and live music on Saturday nights! The baristas are hard working and sooooo friendly...I love that they recognize us and remember our usual order!

I usually frequent the streets of at Charles location but was coming down to Main Street and wanted a coffee so I stopped by here to grab one. My favorite is the Van Gogh's Milky Way. It's amazing, not too sweet but not too bitter. Coffee always tastes like it is made with quality espresso. Service was super quick and fast and prices are what you would expect. I would come back! It would be good to grab a coffee with a friend or find a relaxing spot to get some work done.

I ride my bike 16 miles, several times of the week - weather permitting....to St. Charles Mainstreet - and Picasso's Coffee House is typically my favorite place to relax with a java after the ride. Warm friendly interior and staff, great location on Mainstreet to "people watch" or meet up with friends, or to read the morning news. Entertainment on some weekend nights is also fun!

The inside of the café, it was super cute. Lots of tables and open space for working or catching up with friends. They had a lot of yummy looking baked goods to choose from. I got the Matcha X Matcha from the 2026 winter menu. It was the perfect amount of sweet but still being able to taste the Matcha, which I really appreciate. I also got a cherry danish that was soo good. And if you tried love to try a flavored Matcha or some of their coffee. After I ordered the drink and pastry came out super quick, which was really exciting. Sometimes small cafés take a while to make drinks, especially Matcha. I will say the barista was nice, but not super friendly or talkative. I might've asked some more questions about the Matcha options, but it didn't seem like she wanted to have a conversation. I get not everybody is super chatty and she was a good barista, but I think being a little bit more outgoing makes a barista great. Overall 10/10 will be coming back if I'm in the area.

This one did, so I walked over from the restaurant where we were after lunch. This is a very pleasant shop with lots of available seating. It just has a rather modern look, and it was very nice and clean. I came up to talk to a friendly barista. The pour over menu was a bit confusing because there wasn't a lot of information directly on the menu, I asked about one pour over because I had never tried a bean of that origin before. She had good things to say about it, but she said that, if I wanted something fruity or floral to try Haro Wachu from Ethiopia. It was as if she read my mind because I had been wanting to try a natural processed Ethiopian. I'm really glad I took her suggestion! It was one of the best cups of coffee I've ever tried. I didn't taste so much of a note of fruit in it, but I still loved it! I made sure to make a note of what it was in case I have room for more beans at home and want to order it. So, I do wish it was easier to tell what each pour over was in the menu (They have a lot at reasonable prices!). However, I left there thoroughly impressed with the coffee. If you are out on Delmar Loop, they are definitely worth visiting.

What an odd name for a coffee shop located in the lobby of a medical office building…read more Er, I'm assuming this is a medical office building. I've only gone there to have blood work done, and even then, only because I couldn't get an appointment at any of the other locations, natch. My understanding is that this building was built back in the 1980s, maybe around the time they built the Galleria, with the thought that if they built one such building others would follow. Fast forward 40 years later and not only is this the only skyscraper in the area, it's one of the only (semi-) occupied structures on this accursed stretch of Brentwood Blvd. I imagine foot traffic is minimal, but I'd encourage anyone who just got off the MetroLink on their way to stab someone at the aforementioned Galleria to stop by and have a look. This place makes a mean Strawberry Matcha. It might honestly be better than the one I had at the Upshot in Clayton, which I passed on my run from here yesterday. It took all the strength of will I could muster to not stop and have a burrito, like when Bill Clinton used to stop at McDonald's on his runs back in the early '90s. Weirdly, I'm now the exact same age, and let's just say I get it. All of it. I love the fact that they give this drink to you not stirred, so you can see the separation between the milk, the strawberry syrup and the matcha (whatever that is). A girl I was with (but not "with," natch) remarked that it looked like an Italian flag. Also, it probably ensures that you're getting the various ingredients in the correct ratio. Sometimes you get these lattes, and they mostly just taste like milk. They're not putting enough syrup in them, and the issue might be that the syrup is visually indistinguishable from the rest of the drink. It's a brown-ish liquid in another brown-ish liquid. The only way to know if it's right would be to taste it, and I don't need some of these baristas tasting my drink. I don't know where their mouth has been. (Some of them could do literally anything and I'd be fine with it.) Anyway, it was a good drink. The burrito wasn't as good as the burrito at Upshot, but it might be the second best one that I've had, and I've had breakfast burritos from all over: Living Room, Bike Stop Cafe, Goshen Coffee Roasters. They give you the choice between bacon or a non-meat option. I didn't think to specify (the heat may have permanently damaged my brain), and they had the sense to give me bacon. Kudos! I like the fact that there's potato in addition to the bacon and egg, providing variety and heft. The monterey jack cheese gives it a vaguely southwestern vibe, and then the chipotle crema that comes with it (truly a miracle substance) really sets it off. I also got a Pesto and Parm Focaccia, on a recommendation from one of the girls in our group. I didn't need it, and if the taste was any indication, this was one of the least healthy things I've ever eaten--like an elevated Cheddar Bay Biscuit from Red Lobster, if you can imagine. But it was good, and it was further proof that this place knows what they're doing, weird name and location notwithstanding.

So peaceful, beautiful, and the perfect start to our morning! What truly made the experience exceptional was our server, Jenn. She was incredible from start to finish!! She was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. She made great recommendations, checked on us at all the right times, and went above and beyond in ways you don't see often. My husband is picky about biscuits and gravy, and Jenn kindly brought him a sample of the gravy first to make sure he'd like it...such a small gesture to some people, but truly made it special for my husband. She even sent us off with coffee to go, which we really appreciated!! The food was just as impressive. I had the traditional breakfast. Everything was cooked perfectly, the potatoes were nice and crispy, Jenn recommended the ham, which was so flavorful and perfectly charred, so good!!! My husband ended up loving his biscuits and gravy! Between the amazing service, delicious food, and relaxing riverfront setting, this was easily one of our favorite breakfast experiences. Jenn truly made it memorable, and we'll definitely be asking for her every time we come back. Can't wait to return!!

What a charming cafe in the middle of a charming Downtown area!…read more It was freezing the morning we went in, but I was wanting breakfast - specifically pancakes. I had this place in the bookmarks and figured now was the best time to visit. Parking can be an issues in Downtown St. Charles since it is limited to street parking or public parking a few blocks away. We found parking right in front of FPC, mainly because it was a cold, Monday morning. We were greeted immediately, and inside was much smaller than I expected. We got seated right away though, and a good chance to really review the menu. I got a house coffee (delicious), and my husband got a Purple Haze Lemonade. We ended up getting a kid's pancake with bacon and scrambled eggs, Short Rib Breakfast Stack, and a Bomb Burrito. The pancake for my 2 year old was MASSIVE so it was a good day for him lol. The short rib stack was yummy - hash browns with runny eggs and meat on top. The burrito was also pretty good. Our breakfast entrees came with a side order of potatoes and while it was good, it got saltier over time so I might not get that next time. They advertise beignets, so we might go for that next time and try out their lunch menu!
