Picasso's has a big gravel parking lot that's usually busy but never so full I can't find a spot. Service is friendly and food comes out pretty fast. The food is delicious (although some pizzas that contain garlic really have a lot of garlic!) - I love their eggplant parm sub an insane amount, the bread is just so fresh and crunchy and fluffy. I tried the cinnamon dough bites today and let's just say they were worth burning my mouth for! I wish they came with an icing type sauce or something though. I've only been on trivia nights, which is fun, but very loud. I wish the trivia company they use projected the questions on one of the approximately 15 screens this place has. I tend to forget the options immediately after they're read to me. Drinks are very economically priced, which is great for a casual friend hang or when you're tired of the overpriced cocktails that seem to be absolutely everywhere right now. You can get a good deal on a pitcher of beer or sangria. Bummed there is only 1 Women's and 1 men's bathroom for the whole restaurant, you often have to wait if there's a decent crowd in the place. It's a small space and the mirror is facing you when you're on the toilet, so that's....an experience. The biggest drawback is that it shares a wall with a cigar / smoke lounge, so it can get smoky in here. Every time the door opens, since people tend to smoke on the patio, a new waft of it comes in. I wish there was a way to improve the ventilation system and/or somehow get rid of this issue, since otherwise this is a cozy and fun spot with great food and lots of events and entertainment. read more

It was horrible because they use the bartender to be your waitress. And when you order alcohol with it she is watching you like a cop . As a matter of fact she even called the police on me because she served me two pitchers of beer. And of course I was intoxicated. So the cops waited for me to drive down Warwick Ave. And they gave me a DUI. If you don't want to get a DUI after leaving Picasso's Pizza and Pub don't drink there. It is definitely a matter of time before she calls the police that you left intoxicated and they know what kind of car you are driving. They have surveillance cameras everywhere. read more

So here's my story. My wife and daughter were out and I was left alone to fend for myself. So on my way home from work I decided to stop at another establishment. They were closed so I went to Picasso's. I walked in and the nicest woman helped me. I told her I wanted BBQ wings and I would be at the bar when they were done. I had never tried their wings. So i ordered a beer and sat listening to the locals doing the trivia thing.... which by the way yall cheat put your damn phones down.... anyway I finished my beer and my wings came out. Where to start? Ha I love it here it's the regular town bar where friends get together. I'm new in town but I can see it. I try lots of different menu options but I have to say the hamburgers here are absolutely great!! I'm not about many toppings and not a fan of cheese!! My best freind and I went to Picassos tonight for the first time for the Rock and Roll bingo and I can't say enough good things about this place. Very fun laid back vibe as soon as you walk in. We love ordering from Picassos, however this new scenario we keep encountering, is VERY unfortunate, annoying, horrible customer service...not sure how else to describe it. They offer Boars head deli meats. They offer grinders. But you can't get a turkey grinder!!?? It HAS to be a club. Makes zero sense. I've even told them to charge me for their most expensive sandwich, and they still say no. I keep trying to love this place. Just ordered a calzone. A calzone by definition is a folded pizza dish made of meat and cheese. Every calzone on their menu has cheese in it. I ordered a chicken and broccoli calzone and this thing has no cheese. None. I called because perhaps it was an error they cared to fix but I was told it wasn't an error, that you have to ask for cheese. You have to ask for cheese. In a calzone. Unfortunately, their customer service/delivery has declined over the years. We recently moved closer to Picasso's and during the move/unpacking we have ordered from there several times. Every time we have ordered delivery, the order has been incorrect and we have to call back to have them correct the order. I have been frequenting this establishment for over 20+ years and it's disheartening to see that their customer service has continued to decline. read more

Place is always busy, and there isn't much of a waiting area, so if you get a pickup it can get a little crowded. Food is good, and generally done within the time-frame quoted. Staff has always been friendly, and while the prices are a little higher than other area places offering comparable portions, the quality is there so its not a huge deal. Ordered a eggplant pizza and I must say it was only the second best that I've had. The eggplant is cut up into chunks and fried before being put on the pizza which is how I like it. We order pretty frequently from here. The food is typically very good hot and fresh. My biggest gripe is the delivery service. 95% of the time they forget to deliver an item or two if you have a pretty decent size order. Or if you customize something for example extra this or none of that chances are they forget to do it. The last 5 times we have ordered from here there has been an issue with the order. Eating at the pub is probably the better option. They do however always make it right if you call up and tell them the issue with the order. Pros: food is hot and fresh, lots of menu options. Cons: delivery orders are almost never accurate, delivery times are 45 mins to hour no matter the day of the week. read more

Pizza beer sports and trivia A large pizza/sports bar type place. A couple of my friends dragged me here to play trivia one night and I was surprised at how nice it was inside. Huge wide screen televisions everywhere you look, so I ended up watching a Celtic game while I was playing trivia. Plus they had pool tables and a little basketball shooting machine in the corner. Lots of entertainment. We ended up getting pizza and it turned out to be quite good. The waitress did screw up our drink orders on one occasion but that's all right, she was very nice about it.
