I took it to the shop he recommended, where they confirmed it and commented how lucky I was that my wheel didn't give out on the road. Despite the holiday, they were quick to order the part and got my car in the same day. The communication was great from start to finish. I knew exactly how much the parts were, they called to let me know there was a bit of a delay because the job was slightly complicated. Luckily I had friends to catch up with and thought nothing of it. When I picked up my car, it was purring, something I hadn't experienced in a while, since I'd apparently gotten used to the howl. They'd checked my fluids and belts, knowing I had a long drive home, just to be on the safe side, and even offered to order touch up paint noticing a scrape across the front fender. I can't comment on the waiting room, etc., as I didn't stay, but I would definitely recommend anyone in the greater Little Rock/NLR area to call S&F for honest, affordable car repair and maintenance!

I was nervous at first as the internet told me my issue was probably a dealer only fix. The GMG guys told me not to worry they could take care of it. They were very courteous and professional and fair priced. I was back on the road in no time. I took it back cos I thought there was something wrong with the same issue again. The mechanic came out to my car and explained what was going on and re-checked everything, and found my battery was dying. He was very knowledgeable and assuring.
