They make you wait hours to simply sign over your title. This is not just bad customer service - - they might actually hate their customers.

Throughout it all, I appreciated that Jeremy was knowledgeable, no-bs, patient, and responsive. I never had to communicate with the dealer at all, until I showed up at the dealership for my test drive, where the salesman had all the paperwork ready to go. From test drive arrival to leaving the dealer with my new car, it only took 2 hours, which feels pretty efficient. I don't really understand how Jeremy gets paid because he didn't charge me for anything, but I'm so glad I found him.

In one sentence: VIP CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. (Excuse the…read morecaps, I want to emphasize how great it was. ) By now, Jeremy helped us buy two cars! One for ourselves and one for our friends. Both experiences were delightful, stress free (who would associate stress-free when you buy a car?) and quick. No hassle car buying - that should be his business's title. He helped us narrow down the list of cars we were looking at and make a decision that worked for us. He also scheduled all the test drives, negotiated the prices, and pointed us to a specific person at the dealership, a complete VIP experience. He did the same for our friends just this week, they bought a great car in a great condition, he negotiated the price down and steered them away from less desirable options. My friend was nervous (just like I was before ) because the process of buying a car is stressful. But after they got into the dealership and the car was waiting for them, they test drove and bought the car. My friend said: who would have thought that I can enjoy buying a car! And that's all thanks to Jeremy. Believe me I'm not hyping him up, he is professional, kind and customer centric. Thank you Jeremy!

The experience was fantastic!!…read more First off, like most people, I was a bit hesitant. I was contemplating selling my car on my own or selling it directly to a dealer. Both of which, had major cons. My friend mentioned Carkibo to me. I gave it a try and was fascinated by how fast and efficient the process was. Seriously, the best idea ever!!

I had a Jaguar I needed to sell quickly for a down payment on a new car.  However, after visiting 3…read morecar dealers, they were basically giving me peanuts for the car.  Carmax was slightly better, but nowhere near what KBB said the car was worth.   I know, I know, it's a Jag and shouldn't be worth much, but not as low as what the insulting offers these dealers gave me.   But it was tempting since I've sold a car before and it was a real pain. Having to run ads, and talk to strangers.  Several didn't show up for their test drives, wasting my time, and there was one where I feared for my life.  Who's there to protect me if someone just steals my car with me in it? Then a friend told me about Carkibo. Their agents do all the busywork and take on the risk, and also guarantee to get me more than dealer trade-in?  What do I have to lose?   It turned into a shockingly easy experience!  Wayne was my agent.  He's kinda cute, but that's another subject.  At the inspection, he was friendly and knowledgeable about the car, but he still went through all the details with me so he could represent the car well.  I signed the title and handed over the keys.  Less than a week later, he sold it and gave me a check for $1500 more than my Carmax offer.  Count me amazed! I mean, holy cow, who wouldn't want to use Carkibo to sell their car?  I didn't have to do any work and I made more money.  What a no-brainer!  I'll definitely use them again when I'm ready to sell my next car and send them all my friends.

From my first…read moreinquiry, he took the time to call me personally and answer all my questions about the car and financing. Since I work a normal weekly schedule, Jose went out of his way to accommodate me, staying late into the night so I could test drive the car and start the paperwork. We finalized everything the next day. What really stood out was his rare level of honesty and transparency. After some bad experiences with other dealers in the past, Jose completely changed my perspective. The car was in pristine condition, and after chatting with him, it's clear how much dedication he puts into hand-picking the cars he sells. I'm super happy with my purchase and highly recommend working with him!

There's a reason I tell people to avoid used car dealers -- and a reason I never buy from them…read moremyself. I broke my own rule, trusted the reviews, and it's turned out to be one of the biggest financial mistakes of my life. The car had problems from day one. I ended up spending more than twice what I paid just to keep it on the road. When it finally died, I tried to donate it to my local community radio station -- only to discover the car had been sold to me with a lien attached. Having lost the original title, I couldn't transfer the car until the lien was cleared. For months, I tried to resolve this. I paid the dealership an additional $50 in December 2025 to cover any processing fees on their end. I never heard back. So I went to the DMV, and they told me they never received anything. I followed up with the dealership on Feb 21, asking for confirmation that the paperwork had been sent. Nothing. Then I called instead of texting; there was no return call. Check back in March. No response. Then last week the car was towed to an impound lot, and today I received a notice that I owe thousands in fees just to get it out of my life. What's the dealership's response now that I've made them aware of the issues their negligence and delays have caused? "Not my problem. We sent you the form." Such is the thanks I get for trying to get a car donated to a community radio station. Give your money and business to people who deserve it.
