I ended up spending more than twice what I paid just to keep it on the road. When it finally died, I tried to donate it to my local community radio station -- only to discover the car had been sold to me with a lien attached. Having lost the original title, I couldn't transfer the car until the lien was cleared. For months, I tried to resolve this. I paid the dealership an additional $50 in December 2025 to cover any processing fees on their end. I never heard back. So I went to the DMV, and they told me they never received anything. No response. Then last week the car was towed to an impound lot, and today I received a notice that I owe thousands in fees just to get it out of my life. I visited All USA Motors at 1260 E Santa Clara to see a BMW and met with Jay. After a test drive, I made an offer, and Jay agreed on the price. I returned for another test drive and confirmed I was ready to buy, but the car had a recall, so I waited until it was resolved. The recall was completed on Friday, but when I called Saturday to confirm paperwork timing, Jay unexpectedly mentioned a $500 airbag repair that hadn't been communicated. He then raised the price, told me to contact the dealership owner Jose, and hung up on me when I asked for more details. Based on this experience, I don't trust Jay or All USA Motors and wouldn't recommend them. read more

They give you 30 days warranty, right? Well, my friend and I wasted those 30 days in going back and forth with our vehicles due to: Breaks, check engine light, and trouble with the window not going up. These vehicles, if I'm not mistaking, are bought in auction and fixed, due to the fact of all the problems me and my friend went through. I'm sure the junky vehicles in back of their company are the ones they fix up and resell. Who knows, but BEWARE! Oh yeah! Forgot to mention, they are very good with repossessing the vehicle even if you are keeping communication with them! I sure got mine repossessed even though i tried giving them a verbal agreement. I definitely needed a good everyday car for my newborn and myself,for when I go around/go back to work..The vehicle I purchased stalled on the road just after 3 months and had a hard time with the car since then.To get the car to start was always random,I wasn't always able to on the first try..I'd have to try several times within an hour(s). A whistling noise never stopped after we got it checked at a local car shop and even with all USA motors mechanic.They couldn't get it to stop.. I had their mechanic check the car out and they couldn't figure out what was the mechanical issue(s).The same day I got it checked and I had a test drive.It was helpful to have the manager,mechanic,and the sales person there to speak to,but after my test drive they were no longer there for me to speak about any further questions or concerns..The person that was there was not quiet helpful and just told me to make an appointment because it's better and to come anytime,which is contradicting. Well if I do come for any questions or concerned,then I wouldn't want to be left hanging after a test drive. A mechanic that checked our car last pointed out things that I hadn't noticed or thought of,so lesson learned when purchasing a used car...is to definitely check every single detail or to bring own mechanic.The mechanic I went to gave an estimate cost on what would need to be done to have the vehicle running well and it was up to thousands....which obviously if we had the money to fix it we would of purchased a newer/new vehicle.. I had a big lost on this car since we don't have the money to fix it up ourselves and had to handle it on our own by after asking anyone to purchase it..My best offer was not even half the price of what we purchased it for. So,It's crazy that everything on the paper work they showed us,made the vehicle appear perfect since everything was checked out to be on a list...this vehicle was far from even good condition. Just bought a 2008 Mini Cooper Clubman yesterday. Didn't know the people running it are family and a few family friends. Very easy to deal with. DO NOT GO HERE!! My husand an I went back after purchasing and paying off a car we purchased through them about 2 years ago. Since we had an ok experience, we went back and once I even took my mom to look at their cars. My husband fell in live with a car and we has $1500 cash on hand. They wanted $2,000 which was not a problem but we had to go and get the cash from the bank. We planned on paying off the car in 3 months anyways. Their Sales guy Geronimo was very friendly and I have no idea how he works with these people. I was using their computer and on the phone gathering the info needed to start the process when I heard the older lady (the owners wife) tell Geronimo "Who said 2K down?" He replied the owner said it was ok ans since we are returning clients he wanted to help us. She responded " Bu they aren't putting 2, they rae butting $1,500. Did they even pay off the other one? Let me pull them up. Cause I might even want 3k?" WHAT?!?!?! ARe yu serious? You know I am sitting right here right? I hung up mid conversation with my insurance company, closed the bowers on the computer. I was so furious and felt so disrespected I stormed out. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. They can shove those cars and their contracts were the sun don't shine. I will NEVER refer anyone else I know to this place.
