For me, Pick and Save is the most convenient super market for picking up some items. Since Krogers took over from Roundys much of the store brand product line has changed to products I don't care for much. I do my primary shopping at other stores. My local store is not stocked as well anymore and isn't maintained and cleaned as well as it used to be. It's disappointing. read more

I have been shopping at this store for a couple of years now. Last year a new general manager came in - wow she was(is) terrific. The last couple of months, we have been having issues with the pickup person not notifying us of substitutions or, as last night, just giving us the wrong product. I called the store today and asked to speak with the manager. First, the lady did not identify herself, and was very rude sounding. Apparently she was the assistant manager, April. Based on her conversation, and the lack of concern in my issue, I will shop somewhere else for a while. I called to express my concerns about the pickup (only in evening/ night) not doing things properly, her response, "Well, i don't know. I will let corporate know." What? just talk to the employees in the department reminding them of the procedures. Any ways, we have other PNS in our area. read more

I like this supermarket though it doesn't have a wide selection of Asian-American foodstuffs. It's clean and friendly with lots of parking. It's right next to the 24 hour Emergency Veterinary Hospital so the only times I'm usually here I'm very worried and maybe burdened by heavy sadness. read more

Update to review. They have brought back a former manager and she seems to be doing a lot to fix things. Have spoken with her and she said that she k owe that they were not being run correctly before and she was looking forward to straightening things out. So far things are looking up, hopefully they keep her around. read more

This store is now officially TERRIBLE. They just got rid of their full service deli. Now all they offer is a bunch of pre packaged meats and cheeses that are not fresh. You can no longer go up and order what you want and how much you want. Pic n save decided that you have to pick from this pre bagged meat or this pre bagged cheese etc. TERRIBLE decision and incompetent management at it's worst!! I will never shop here again. I will go to their MANY other competitors such as Woodmans, Meijers, Sendiks, Festival etc. Way to lose customers picnsave........... read more

Great location, but lacks management and proper staffing. The employees be seen in the parking lot for pick up order just chatting with customers for 20 plus minutes at a time. Staff tends to deviate away from you when you walk the aisles looking like you need assistance. Donuts aren't properly stacked when they start to sell out. You have to call out to employees in the back to get their attention. This location needs a lot of help. The pharmacy closed in front of my eyes, all they had to do today was hand over an already filled prescription. I live close by and Meijer just seems like the place you want to be. Maybe Pick 'n Save hopefully goes out of business so they can place a Meijer here. If there's a regional manager that might see this, this location needs major attention. read more

Every time I go they have stopped carrying another item I buy regularly. Example, ultrabrite toothpaste, Gilles custard, Hormel black label bacon, etc. if one more item disappears I will take my food shopping to another vendor. read more

Overview - It's a bit smaller compared to other Pick N Saves, but it's got just about all you need. Customer Service 4/5 It is smaller than most. The selection isn't as vast as say the Howell or 27th St locations, but I've never gone grocery shopping here and was unable to find what I needed. Employees are fairly nice. Sometimes I'll have to wait (for what seems like a long time) at the self check-out kiosk which then defeats the whole purpose of using self check-out. But otherwise they are friendly and helpful. The new (May 2016) free item Friday for their loyalty program customers is super fun! read more

We shop here mainly because of location to our home, very close. Smaller than most Pick&save stores. Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable about the store. They do not carry as many products as Woodman's. But you should be able to find what you're looking for. The deli is good and the meat department has full time butchers. We also use the pharmacy here and the pharmacists are outstanding. They take the time to listen to your concerns and provide good quality feedback. Would highly recommend. read more

This store had Fruity Pebbles advertised (on Wednesday) for $0.99 after a digital coupon. My phone died in while shopping so I asked our cashier if they had a barcode or could help me. Alec came up (he wasn't the cashier) and said he'd look on his phone. When he did, he told me that it didn't start for another 2 days! I asked why an entire end display had a big sign stating $0.99 and the product was filled on the shelf. I felt that was deceptive and false advertising. He told me that the sign should say that you download the coupon and have to come back later to buy it. Why would I shop now and have to come back in 2 days to shop for that ONE item again? I said I didn't see that on the sign. He told me "You should learn how to read!" I was APPALLED!!! My friend who checked out in front of me turned and said "DID HE JUST TELL YOU THAT YOU NEEDED TO LEARN HOW TO READ?!?!" First of all, I'm old enough to be his Mother and second....I am a college educated woman who was able to retire early from a Fortune 500 company. I definitely know how to read. I also know how to NOT patronize businesses who are deceptive and allow their staff to disrespect their customers!! I would suggest you go to any of the other fine stores in town: Woodmans, Meier, ect. read more

The bakery is always fresh in the morning. The people who work in the bakery and produce department's and the meat department and at the checkout are always nice and extremely courteous. This store gets all five stars because of their meat department. The meat manager, will do anything in his power to make the customer happy. This man is top notch in customer service. He makes his own brats and sausage in house as well. Im always greeted with a smile read more

Horrible store. In the summer of 2015 the store was "remodeled. My 89 year old father no longer shops there because he can't find the items he wants with the new aisle set up. In addition, they removed the butcher. He was THE BEST employee the store had. They also removed the bell to notify the butcher that a customer is waiting up front at the meat case. Now, if you want meat from the front case, you must wait until the butcher actually takes the time to turn and look to see if anyone is waiting. This is the reason why I now purchase my meat at a different store. (It's July 4th. I just spent $314.00 at a different store on meat alone for today's celebration because your butchers don't care enough to see if a customer is waiting!) I've personally spoken with management about this on MANY different occasions. They continue to lie directly to my face when they say they are going to get a bell. It's two years later and STILL has not happened. We now only use this store for quick, "on-my-way-home" items. read more

WOW. Don't recommend this store. Parked in a large corporate RV which required us to take up numerous parking spaces. We travel across the country and provide hospitality to our customers. We were about to stock up our RV with a lot of supplies from this store. Before we exited the RV two women came out from the store and asked us to move as we were taking up too many spots. Really? The lot was more than half empty. We said we'd take our business elsewhere and they just said ok! Guess they make more money than they need. Not good customer service. Wish I'd gotten their names. read more
