They did fine with the actual oil change but leading up to it was pretty bad. They let me drop my…read morecar off at 5pm and they "couldn't get to it" by the time they closed so they called me to let me know that it wasn't finished. I decided to leave it there overnight since I needed the oil changed, and it wasn't until 8:56am they called me to tell me they were out of standard oil. How?!? I didn't care cause I just needed it changed so they made me pay for the premium. My car wasn't ready until 10:21am and when I received my car back the seat was all the way back, and the steering wheel was all the way up, and I'm 6 foot so there was no need to do that. They didn't remove the old oil change sticker either so now I have two on my window. If you want a 17 hour premium oil change, then this is the place for you!
