Crispy with big chunks of bacon and bleu cheese. Also had their house made sausage Tuesday special. Very yummy with garlic and sun-dried tomatoes right in the middle. If you need GF options they have em. Didn't have room for dessert but the selections sounded divine. Was a very comfy cozy atmosphere. Not loud and obnoxious where you can't hear your table mates. Seemed like the parking lot was fuller than the crowd let on but found out many folks were attending a show at the PAC so probably walked from there. I will take every future opportunity to go back to this place. Mwah!

One of our party forgot his ID and although everyone, including the waiter, agreed he was clearly of age, it's a house rule apparently that ID must be present. No big deal. Rest of our drinks arrive and we let him have a sip to try because the cocktails were decent. The waiter saw and screamed at him before sashaying away to tattle on us to the manager. The other staff stared in horror but also in a way that said this wasn't the first time this guy lost it. Even the manager looked so embarrassed he had to deal with it. It was so pathetic watching a grown man in his 40s throw a huge tantrum. Manager intervened and comped everything we had ordered while the waiter was pouting and sulking. We suspect the waiter was homophobic because the reaction was so absurd and unnecessary that it has to be either homophobia and/or a mental health problem. Our friends swear their city is lovely but also acknowledge what happened could have been hate-motivated and they're sad that this just reinforced what many people think about small town Wisconsin. We went to a nearby establishment where we were treated like humans (and they served us clearly upper 30s men without having to check our IDs). On the plus side, we tip very well and are glad this waiter is not going home with an extra $100. Hopefully this restaurant knows what they need to do with this unstable staff member for the safety and comfort of their diners and other staff.

My…read morehusband was in the mood for a sandwich, and I was up for anything I did have to cook on my own. Seeing that Mr. Brews was open until 11pm (other spots close at 9 on a Friday night - what the heck!) we drove on over. Location is a little hidden but well-lit and ample parking! We were greeted with a fairly empty restaurant, except for a few folks at the bar and a few couples at both high and low top tables. We made our way to a table near the window and was quickly greeted by a friendly young woman. She promptly brought out waters, gave us time to search the menu and placed our orders within 7 minutes! I opted for an NA beer, which was served with an ice-cold beer glass - which paired nicely the order of cheese curds we started with! I chose the Kentucky Bourbon Burger Bowl - which All beef burger, shredded cheese, grilled onions, bacon, and crispy onions, served on a bed of greens topped with our Signature Kentucky bourbon mayo - YUMMMMMM! Everything tasted SO good, fresh and my portion size was massive. My husband chose the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich which he found to be underwhelming. The chicken was SO paper thin and almost nothing to it - which was surprising - so he was a little disappointed in the ratio. However, flavor was on point. Prices were reasonable and I'd return, when/if in Appleton again!

It's a bit (a lot!) hard to find, as one address sent us to Pick N Save up the street. I had to call them and still couldn't find them. They don't have a sign on the street yet.

They have an upstairs tap room, an arcade, and a bar and restaurant downstairs. The service was all-around incredible. The employees were warm, friendly, and professional, and they seemed to know exactly how often to check in without interrupting our meal. They spaced out our drinks, appetizers, and entrees just the right amount. Our server Andrew was particularly great. We had a soda flight of their craft sodas for a super super reasonable price, and every single soda was spectacular. We're spoiled in the craft soda department by virtue of living in Wisconsin (Sprecher, Potosi, etc), but this was definitely the best craft soda we've had. Even the wacky flavors like blue raspberry were rich and flavorful--they didn't taste overwhelmingly artificial. I cannot recommend their soda enough, although I imagine their craft beer is pretty good too! We also had a delicious mocktail, which always goes a long ways in impressing us. All of our food was reasonably priced and so, so, fresh and delicious. The Bavarian pretzel with the beer cheese was heavenly!! We loved our entrees as well. Even something simple like the fries were perfectly done--fresh, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside I don't think we could have asked for a better experience. Everything we had their was top notch, and despite the number of things we ordered, our bill was not very high at all (about $50 for a mocktail, a craft soda flight and a soda pint, an appetizer and two entrees.
