He makes sure he customizes each racquet to his clients desires with the use of his Biomechanics and Physics background. I've seen him help improve athlete's serve/ return by knowing exactly what they need from their string. He really does make a difference. He also provides *free pick up and drop off* which is unheard of. There are a few sets of bleachers for spectators. They offer clinics, and private lessons. I haven't tried any of the clinics here but I've heard good things about their Pros. Booking a court is here is simple once your a member. All and all a great facility.
