Her class is very welcoming to people of all different levels. She definitely cares about her work and brings about 8 yoga mats to our sessions even though maybe 2 people use them every week. She does what the majority of the class wants. If you're willing to let her correct you on poses, she also helps with that. I enjoy how she ends each class with laying down and a quick head rub. Overall, Anna is nice and a great instructor who works well with people. The company is a great way to start incorporating wellness into a work environment.

Do you want to lose yourself and find yourself on your mat? Show up, show up as a yes and be open. The class I took is called Everything In, it wasn't easy. You will hold a plank until your arms shake and you will find that just when you want to get out of a pose your transformation begins. So be open to the more. My friend and I are used to a fast flow, so when someone gets you in a plank and leaves you there... you go through the emotions. Question, panic, transformation. Stay. Just stay and welcome in the feelings. Our instructor today was Jewels, she was warm, welcoming, sweet, supportive and genuine. We truly enjoyed her and her savasana was mighty. MIGHTY! I found this studio a few months ago when I decided to reinvent my July 24th for 2025. Last year on this day in 2024 I had surgery to remove the extra skin after losing 165lbs from 311.5lbs and the surgery I came home and unfortunately started bleeding internally and had to go back to the ER for additional surgery in total I lost 4 pints of blood and needed a transfusion. That day I spent most of the day stressed, panicked, unconscious/ in surgery for 10 plus hours unsure of what came next. I knew this year on July 24th I was gonna seize the day and do stuff relaxing and rejuvenating. This yoga session targeted stretching and zen through the class . There was a point where she mentioned to let go of the stuff that's behind us and release it and leave it at the beach. That moment felt great to really zone in the waves and everything at the shore to move past last year. The instructor was very attentive and made sure everyone understood each pose and directed us when to breathe. This was everything I needed for today, the beach setting and the yoga/zen. Beginners or advance levels can take this class. Thank you!

Having never been on a web cam before, I am able to use Zoom very effectively my phone or laptop for yoga where Erica and I see each other and speak to each other ... so it is just like having my own yoga instructor right next to me to give me instructions, encouragement, tweaks to my poses. And I can tell her if something hurts or ask her questions ... or just talk. It is so much fun!

About a 50 minute drive from Philly and easy parking in a big field with folks directing you where to go. Definitely dusty so dress accordingly (and be prepared to take a shower after you get home). We arrived about 1pm and there was a steady stream of folks coming and going. Check-in process was very straightforward (showed QR code from previously purchased ticket). Highly recommend getting your tickets ahead of time online for a timed (but not strict at all) ticket. We were not interested in the boats, the tractor (dusty!) rides, we were just focused on the tulips. $1 per tulip if you pick more than 10 $2 per tulip if you pick less than 10 There were 4-5 different large sections that had row up on row of different varieties and colors of tulips. Stations with plastic containers to assist you with holding the tulips you've picked, then tables with rolls of brown paper to wrap your tulips and rubber band the bouquets. Checkout was super fast and easy and friendly, there are food trucks in a couple different spots (we got fruit smoothies which were excellent). All in all I had a really great time and look forward to returning for the sunflowers and zinnias!
