I had about 100 guests for my reception - I booked Picnic Makers for table and chair rentals, table styling, extra tablecloths, umbrellas, and lounge zones. My guests couldn't stop complimenting the choice of chairs and overall set up of the space. The team was incredibly responsive and prompt in answering my hundreds of questions. I had multiple back and forth emails with lots of questions each time and they were so forthcoming with information and responded within 24 hours or sooner. I also had a challenging venue at a regional park with many restrictions and needed a certificate of insurance with very rigid requirements - they were able to quickly get me multiple COIs to send over to the parks team with the necessary revisions. Huge shout out to Olga who scheduled calls with me to check-in and finalize details of the event day make recommendations for styling and choosing decor. I also provided my own centerpieces, table guest favors, and table signage and they were able to set up and incorporate all the details together beautifully.
