Susan at Picturesque Laser Decor was amazing for me. I had ordered an inexpensive poster online from Etsy for my welcome sign, however it did not meet my expectations. So, the week before my wedding I reached out to them on Instagram. They messaged me back the next day & I was able to tell them what I was looking for. (BTW I got married in January, so it was not the summer wedding season.) I was able to order a round acrylic sign & custom Polaroid frame which both turned out beautifully in a short turnover time. Susan even sent me rendering of both pieces with different font combinations. This was super cool and helpful as a customer. They went above and beyond my expectations for contacting them at the very last minute. Again, keep in mind that these vendors are busy year-round so I definitely consider myself lucky to have had their services. I DO NOT recommend doing what I did and contacting them late. Ok party people, listen up! If you're planning any type of party or looking for a special gift or whatever in between, I highly suggest checking out Picturesque for that personalized touch to bring your gathering to the next level. Picturesque specializes in laser cut outs so name cards, signages, cake toppers, ornaments, etc. You can choose either wood or acrylic and choice of fonts. I reached out to Susan for a super last minute bridal shower gift after perusing through her website. I chose a BRIDE and GROOM geometric place setting and a customized ornament with my friends names and wedding date. I had less than a week before the shower and she delivered - all neatly packaged, ready to go! She showed me the design before she cut them to make sure it was perfect. I loved my friend's gift so much that I had my own wedding cake topper made soon after! It blew my mind how great it looked. Dare I say I look forward to the cakes' decor more than the actual cake?! Shame on me. Ok yes, Picturesque was a tad pricier than Etsy but the turnaround time and speedy responses more than made up for the cost. Susan was meticulous and very easy to work with. I am the queen of last minute, and wanted something to add to a small reception I was doing for my recent marriage. I reached out to Susan at picturesque and not only did she make the entire process SO easy, she was lightning fast!!! I put in my order (of wood name plates)at 10pm one evening through direct message on their Instagram page and had my invoice and pictures of samples by 10:15pm THE SAME NIGHT!!! Had a bridal shower recently and decided to order gold acrylic name place cards for all the guests! Quality of the placecards looked amazing and I was able to get them really quickly. Saw that they also come in wood which also looked really nice but the gold acrylic just gave the whole shower a fancier look. Everyone at the bridal shower loved them and took their names home. Susan, the owner, was very responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. She asks for two weeks notice but said she can sometimes make exceptions. I was originally looking for cake toppers on Etsy and if you know Hawaii, you know everything costs a ton when it comes to shipping!!!
