We came towards the end of the day so we weren't expecting to see a large selection, but they still had a good amount to choose from their individual pies. I am a huge pie fan and very picky with crust texture and filling flavor and I will say these hit the mark! The crust was flaky with good flavor and the filling was delicious! They fill those pies with so much filling and you can tell they use fresh apples and quality fruits. The staff were so kind and friendly, and the shop is cozy and clean. Came here on the way back from a trip to Bryce Canyon, I was craving pie and this shop came up. We decided to give it a try and glad we did. The pies were delicious, you can tell they use fresh fruit and pies were made from scratch. The crust was very flakey, the fruit filling was cooked & sweetened perfectly, and they use generous amounts of filling for each pie. The service was very friendly and helpful. Stayed in Cedar City on our way to Bryce Canyon. Owners were extremely friendly and helpful. My son wasn't sure if he would like their cherry pie since he was used to store bought cherry pies. They went out of their way and let him try the filling beforehand. We were very appreciative. We ended up getting the berry pie and the cherry pie. The crust is outstanding. I've had many homemade pies and many of them were too thick, too dry, too thin etc. This one is just right with a good pie crust to filling ratio. The berry pie was both sweet and tart and the cherry filling was slightly sweet with plump cherries. If we are in the area again, I will be back. I purchased 6 small pies this morning: Berry, Apple, Coconut, Banana, Chocolate & Lemon. Each one perfection...my favorites: the Berry with the crumble oat topping and Lemon. My dinner guests loved the chocolate, banana, apple and coconut. I didn't have a chance to sample those because they were gone too quickly! The pies are all handmade with love! The crust is perfection. The service is hometown, the man who has always been in there when we go in is helpful and friendly. I like that they focus more on the pies than the decorations but they are just starting out. I have tried a few pies but have yet to try the lemon meringue, which is one of my favourite types of pie. It's on the list. Can't wait to make my way through the menu. read more
