I received a call from Brandon, on Tuesday as scheduled, he was on his way. When Brandon drove up. I looked at the service vehicle. Clean, well maintained, says al lot before the technician steps out. Brandon stepped up to the door dressed in company shirt, introduced himself with a smile. I invited Brandon in, he placed covers over his shoes. (THOUGHTFUL) We addressed the issues I was having with aunts. We covered the areas, Brandon went along with his inspection. My situation covered fire alarm,attic, outside areas. After inspection, Brandon shined as professional as he introduced himself. Our friends were told there was a fungus under the house that emits a scent that attracts termites and carpenter ants. They even showed pictures from under the house showing the fungus. They were told it would be $10,000 to treat the entire house or $3500 to treat just the area BUT they would do a preventative treatment for snakes, rodents etc., even though they are not currently a problem, while they were at it. I knew something didn't sound right so I had them call a very reputable pest control company locally. He inspected it and found NOTHING!! Both my friend and the pest control guy crawled underneath the house. He said it's perfect underneath and the pictures my friends were shown were NOT of their house!! My friend said the pictures they were shown had rounded beams and lots of fungus. When he was under their new house, there was nothing. This was going to blow the entire house deal. Thank goodness for the honesty of our local pest guy. Be wary of who comes to your house. Do a background check. I was informed this company has pages of complaints against them and was heavily fined for bad business practices. I was informed a formal complaint will be filed to the appropriate agency.

They said these are just cheap hardware store traps. We don't even use this. This is a very easy business to scam people with. He did not do anything else on my property but kept coming out in his own vehicle wasting time talking but nothing effective, does not have a business truck or business cards and I don't think he has a real business. I've ended up now doing my own rodent service at my home and it's actually very easy. There's a company called "Do it yourself" and you can order everything from them. Buyer beware!!

If I had a business, I would consider myself really lucky to have such an employee. He went under the house, found evidence of a new rodent incursion and then covered the whole property to mend the holes in mesh that covered crawlspace vents, set traps and then came to explain what was going on under my floors. He showed me pictures of both the problem areas and areas that appeared secure under my house. We then walked the house perimeter to show where the critters likely got in there during the recent snowstorm. I'm confident in the accuracy of his assessment. He'll be back in a week to check on the traps. I have needed a new vapor barrier down there so I will be getting a bid for that as well. All in all, the pricing was fair and the service exceptional.
