Pepperoni lunch slice.
Jay O.

My wife and I dropped in today for lunch. We're from the NY/NJ area living in FL now so we enjoy good pizza. We ordered slices and loved crispy thin crust. Pienezza does not disappoint. The slices were large and hot from the oven. Perfect just like the quick and friendly service. The shop is somewhat small and spartan but with food this good it well worth your time to stop in and enjoy great pizza.

We ordered a large cheese pizza for pickup and it was great! I will eat all types of pizza, but my preference is a good foldable slice (NY roots still come through in my preference). We got the 18" pie which was enough for 3 adults. Since we live a decent distance away, I popped the slices into the oven at 350 to reheat them when we were ready to heat and they came out perfect. The crust was soft yet crunchy, good flop but stable. The cheese to sauce ratio was just right, and the sauce had great flavor. It was a little sweet with a hint of what we think was caramelized onion for a slightly unique flavor. Ordering online was super easy. The pizza was ready to pick up on time and the staff was all friendly and helpful. Pick up was quick and easy as well. I will definitely order from here again!

The pizza was good and crispy. Service could have been better. They have seating inside and outside. Is located in the loop next to the movie theatre. Very price indeed. Paid $6 for a slice, not impressed

Love this family owned local pizza spot in far south Orlando. If you're a local, shopping at the Loop, or passing by, don't miss their white sauce on any specialty pizza. The gluten free margarita pizza is one of the better ones I've had. Strong recommendation!

Today we had garlic knots and they were good. We also had the regular pizza pie. And two Calzones , while waiting for our order I ate a crazy slice. It's with mozzarella, pesto, caramelised balsamic vinegar, garlic, with sesame seed in the crust, it was delicious, we ate it so fast that I didn't add new pictures, over all this spot has the best pizza in the whole area, always recommend this place lotta people looking for great pizza place. And I always point them here

Amazing experience all around! The pizza was super delicious and fresh, full of flavor from the first bite. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable. Definitely a place worth visiting again. Highly recommended!

We were a bit confused upon walking in, we thought it was going to be more of a restaurant and less of a take-out sort of place. But it doesn't matter one bit. This pizza was absolutely fantastic. Crunchy, savory, flavorful, and with fresh ingredients. It took a bit to come out, but obviously that was due to proper execution. The staff were all friendly and appeared to be having a great time in the kitchen. If you travel an hour to see an anime film that isn't in your theater (boo, Melbourne!), this is a great stop afterwards before you make the trek home back to the beach.

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The food was delicious. We got mozzarella sticks (not pictured) and it was also delicious. The crust is cooked perfectly, hot and fresh. The restaurant is small but cozy. They take their time to cook the meals here.

Had a hankering for some good pizza. Hit the right spot right here in the Loop by the theater. Had the crazy margarita pizza and the grandma. It certainly was as tasty and crisp as grandma's home cooking. Small place but very quaint. Pizza slice was big and feasibly priced. Great sauce and the crispy crust was spectacular. Service was great, warm, and welcoming. Come check the out for a quick bite.

Very good pizza and my son loved the spinach fettuccine. I always take points off with "fountain iced tea". That sucks. Real tea is easy.

Stasio's is absolutely worth checking out if you're looking for an authentic Italian deli…read moreexperience. From the moment we walked in, the staff at the front entrance was incredibly welcoming and even took the time to show us around the market. The ambience feels like a neighborhood Italian shop, with shelves lined with imported products from Italy that make it fun to browse while you wait. It's a small, casual space that feels authentic rather than overly polished. We ordered the Italian sub with sun-dried tomatoes instead of the standard toppings, along with the chicken cutlet sandwich with vodka sauce. Both sandwiches had excellent flavor and tasted fresh. The sun-dried tomatoes were a great addition to the Italian, although I do think it could have used a little more meat. Considering the price, I expected it to be a bit more generously filled. The chicken cutlet sandwich was delicious overall, but the cutlet itself was a little dry. I asked for extra sauce, and initially the employee seemed reluctant and tried to charge me for it. After I showed him how dry the sandwich was, he gave me the sauce, which made a huge difference and brought the sandwich together. That interaction was really my only service-related critique. Overall, the quality of the ingredients is excellent, the sandwiches are satisfying, and the market has a unique charm you don't find at most sandwich shops. While it's definitely on the pricier side, the authentic atmosphere and quality make it a place I'd happily come back to. I'd love to work my way through more of the menu on future visits.

After a 10 mile hike at Orlando Wetlands, I was ready to eat. I'd read about Stasio's on some…read more"best sandwich" lists and decided it was time to try it out. I will be going there after every Saturday hike forever more. The lists did not lie. Stasio's delivered the best sandwiches I have had in Florida. Walking in, I must have looked confused because I heard a knowing voice ask if it was my first time in. I admitted that it was and a delightful employee walked over to me to show me around. Stasio's has a deli counter, a coffee counter, and several shelves with Italian foods. I quickly learned that sandwiches are ordered at the deli and brought out to the waiting area when ready. Coffee is ordered at a cash register and the coffee is poured or prepared after purchase. Any prepared foods, together with sandwiches and fresh bread, are paid for at one of two registers. Despite the crowd -- and it was crazy busy -- everything was remarkably efficient and the staff showed no sign of stress. I ordered an Egg and Pepper sandwich and a Caprese Sandwich. Bread is made onsite and it was as fresh and delicious. (I ordered a loaf of Semolina/Italian bread and brought it home, where it was eaten within a few hours. At $4.99 for a loaf, it is an amazing value and a great treat!). Both the egg and pepper and the Caprese were prepared simply and to perfection. Fresh ingredients pack a lot of flavor and my mouth is watering just thinking about it. Amazingly, I don't think Stasio's adds any fats to their sandwiches -- The egg in the egg and pepper, and the mozzarella in the Caprese do all the work. There are seats at a bar along the front window and a few tables outside, but I chose to eat in my car. At a peak time (like Noon on a Saturday), there was not a lot of available seating but it did seem that chairs opened up fairly quickly. After a 10 mile hike, I just did not think it was fair to anyone who might be seated next to me to have to sit next to me! No photos but others have shared enough that you can picture the experience!

I originally ordered sausage, egg, and cheese, but then I saw the bacon, egg, and cheese and asked whether I could switch it. The gentleman behind the counter said they could do both, then asked whether I wanted to add a hash brown too. Obviously, I said yes. He told me they would make basically anything I wanted as long as they had the ingredients, and I absolutely loved that energy. The sandwich was huge, super cheesy, messy in the best way, and packed with sausage, bacon, egg, and a crispy hash brown. It was a very generous portion and completely worth the price. This is definitely going into my breakfast-sandwich rotation. My fiancé ordered the Godfather, which was also delicious. It is definitely on the messier side, though, so if you are getting it to go or traveling any distance, I would recommend asking for the vinaigrette on the side. Ray's has strong neighborhood bodega vibes, generous portions, and the kind of menu where they are willing to customize your order instead of making things complicated. My only minor critique is that one employee could have been a little friendlier, but everyone else made the experience enjoyable. Another great visit, and we will absolutely be back.

The service was quick, we waited about 8-10 minutes for our order. The egg was cooked perfectly, just the way I like it. We both loved the cheese and the way it still dripped into the sandwich. The steak sorta tasted synthetic but regardless, my girlfriend and I commented that we would come again for their lunch items.

First, the staff deserves credit--their energy and kindness were 10/10. The person I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. The food itself was good, but I was disappointed that my order was made incorrectly. I specifically asked for only tomatoes and pickles on my burger, but it came with cheese and a sauce. Luckily, I was planning to eat just the patty, so I was able to rinse it off, but if I had intended to eat it as a regular burger, it would have completely ruined the meal as the bun was covered in the sauce. My sub was excellent, and I appreciated the staff's sauce recommendations. However, I was surprised that the homemade sauce came with a $1.10 charge for each side of sauce--that feels pretty excessive. To make matters worse, I didn't even receive one of the sauces I paid for. I understand they are homemade but it is a 1.5 oz container... My biggest disappointment, though, was the chips. It may sound minor, but when a meal is priced and advertised as a complete meal, you'd expect a reasonable portion. The "side" of chips was literally about seven whole chips' worth, mostly crushed into pieces. It was especially disappointing when compared to the portion of fries. Overall, the food has a lot of potential, and the staff was fantastic, but the incorrect order, extra sauce charges, missing sauce, and tiny chip portion really took away from the experience. My advice: upgrade the chips so you actually get a side, double-check your order before you leave (even if there's no one else in there) , and be aware that the sauces cost extra.
