This boat was SOOOO neglected that another Nautique dealer in Michigan just shook their heads and basically said "told you so". They did a masterful job putting the old gal back on her feet after I paid out another 8k! I complained to the Sales Manager and he basically told me pound sand.. you bought a "used" boat. CORRECTION...I bought a majorly misrepresented boat from a bunch of liars.... Caveat emptor anyone choosing to deal with these guys...

My current boat is in great condition, I'm in no hurry, and as summer winds down, the opportunities will only increase. Don't waste your time with these morons.

They did tell us how to clean it up though, how thoughtful. Formula has much better prices on accessories. Live and learn....

They clearly understand the concept of customer service and priority. Recently hauled our boat down for a special repair - Monday AM - left here early - got there at 8:30 - and their service techs were waiting on me. Literally 46 minutes later - I was OUT of there - with FIXED BOAT in tow and headed back to Kansas City - and home by 12:30. Sometimes you run into an operation that "gets it" when it comes to customer service - and they certainly do! They get my highest recommendation and have earned me as a long term customer.
