Everyone from the tow truck driver to the owner were absolutely wonderful. Very Superior customer service. They repaired our truck and had us on the road in less than 24 hours. They also had a plug-in for our RV so we would not lose the food we had in the refrigerator.And the repairs were a lot less expensive than I expected. I actually expected twice what I paid since everything diesel is costly. I would only recommend them to anyone. Just as a footnote, I worked customer service for almost 50 years. I do not give a five-star rating lightly.

Within minutes I was told the main fuel line was cracked. They knew this was my only transportation. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into TWO WEEKS and FOUR failed attempts. Communication was almost nonexistent unless I reached out. I was later told: * The first fuel hose "exploded" because the wrong part was installed. * The second failed because the mechanic did not decompress the other fuel lines. They then tried charging me for THREE fuel line installations -- including repairs caused by their own incompetence. The bill was nearly $1,800, including 19.5 hours of diagnostics at $100/hr and 7 hrs of labor After disputing it, I still paid $1,440. When I picked up my car, the drive belt was squealing (not tightened), and the check engine light came on within minutes. They reset it, but the car idled extremely low and continued having issues. I later learned no smoke test was performed, and only the lower intake crush gaskets were replaced -- the upper crush gaskets were reused. Crush gaskets are not reusable, and any competent mechanic should know that. Less than 24 hours later, the check engine light returned with code P0457 (EVAP leak). Paul had reset the check engine light before giving me back my car after test drive claiming it was done. I ultimately took the car to Subaru to have it properly repaired. The Subaru technician documented on the official work order that several hoses and clamps were not installed or tightened correctly by this shop. After two weeks without transportation and over $1,500 spent, I had to pay Subaru to correct their incompetence and neglect. I have documentation supporting everything stated here. Proceed with extreme caution. AG HAS been informed and soon the court's will be too​

Missouri law is very clear on this issue. Under Missouri Revised Statutes § 304.154(1)(3), a towing company "shall not assess any storage fee on a day which the towing company is not open for business during such regular business hours." The law also requires towing companies to be open or available for at least ten hours per day, Monday through Friday, for customers to retrieve their vehicles. (FindLaw ") If you are charged storage fees for days the tow lot is closed and unavailable for vehicle retrieval, you should review your bill carefully and compare it to Missouri law. I encourage others to know their rights before paying charges that may not be authorized by state law.

He was able to get my car up and running without having to face the worse case scenario in one day. Go to any other repair shop--there are plenty in the area!…read more The staff was nice but I asked for 3 things to be looked at. Two were fixed. I was charged $50 for an $18 heating element. I went in with a working water pump, it was just clogged and needed flushed out, and I left with a new water pump. (Hmmm) The two big issues I have are #1) I requested they clean my AC and they didn't even look at it, just told me I need a new one and would I like to proceed? Turns out it just needed to be cleaned (thanks to a friend) and it's working well now! #2 issue is that over an hour and a half was spent on something I did not request to be inspected or fixed. (It was an issue I knew about and was working to resolve.) I spoke up to the repair personnel but they continued. I spoke to the office and was told, "They don't like to leave issues unresolved". At $120 an hour, I did not need them to 'try and figure it out'. They absolutely should've spoken to me before racking up 3.25 hrs--only 2.5 were spent fixing issues. I had a few other minor things that needed attention but after 4 hours and only my heating element and water pump were replaced, I had to call it. I contacted management but that was a waste of time.
