Bobby retrieves them on his end and gives you a choice of matte, glossy and luster. He shows you samples if you're unsure of what you want. I waited about 15 minutes and the prints were ready. Again, the process was super easy. I'm sure if you submit the upload ahead of time before going there you may not have to wait as long. Side note, everyone else there was printing headshots and resumes. They were all actors. This place is popular for headshots. I would recommend this place for all photo printing. The quality and colors is high quality even though they were digital prints from my iPhone.
