She was hand making bags to put all your goodies in and they were so cute. I ended up getting a few things so I got some that I'm going to regift. They have trinkets and gifts for every kind of person. There's cards, jewelry, art, products from locals and there was even a kid section. I found several things for myself as well as presents for others. I actually had to stop myself from spending too much, I wanted it all. I rely on my car for work and so losing it during the week is a hardship. Man oh man was that a bad idea and a hard lesson learned....thousands of dollars and time wasted. A few weeks ago I returned to my trusted friends at Nelson's and it feels good to be home. My car is happy and that makes me happy! The town of Cayucos is pretty small and there's one main street that's really close to the pier. Luckily, I was able to find this cute little gift shop and scored an adorable refrigerator magnet along with a few other souvenirs. There aren't too many other options in this area as far as gift shops go, but luckily this one offers souvenirs that are decently priced. This shop has plenty of beach necessities such as beach towels, bathing suits, logo t-shirts, flips, flops, and sunglasses. Their interior setup makes it really easy to find specific items in the store. The lady at the register was really sweet and helpful. With the limited amount of gift shops in the area, it's nice know that there's a great little shop with a variety of decently priced souvenirs around.

But do you live here? Then, Mildred, you're a tourist! Store staff was nice. Most items are on the north side of inexpensive, but Cayucos rents can't be cheap.
