She was hand making bags to put all your goodies in and they were so cute. I ended up getting a few things so I got some that I'm going to regift. They have trinkets and gifts for every kind of person. There's cards, jewelry, art, products from locals and there was even a kid section. I found several things for myself as well as presents for others. I actually had to stop myself from spending too much, I wanted it all. We went by the other day on a foggy day. It was shortly before Christmas and we wandered around the beautiful rooms to admire the housewares. The building is very inviting to begin with because it's wood and has brick flooring throughout. Everything is displayed artistically with lots of space and in a manner that you might use it in your own home, it's like walking from one beautiful dining room to another beautiful area of a home. I started adding pottery from the Garden Gallery to my collection of housewares and they have served me well over the years because they're always such high-quality. We did not see the no food and drink signs and my husband brought in an empty metal cup. We were told as the woman walked past us and not to our faces, her back turned to us the whole time, to put it at the front but my husband wanted to hold onto it just to not forget it and my husband even indicated it was empty. The woman then proceeded to loudly talk about us with another worker as we were also the only ones in the store. She said "they can probably hear me talking about them" and said it was rude and she didn't like rude people. We promptly put back the merchandise we had been holding to buy and left the store, she was also singly loudly a song about thieves and jokers and singing get out. Yes we did not see the signs walking into the shop as there is a lot going on in terms of signs at the front of the door so a kind warning letting us know drinks and food are not allowed would have been sufficient. She did not have to talk loudly about us trying to embarrass us to the other worker. This is not even kind or customer care at all. If you would liked to be talked down to and treated poorly this is your shop. Not that it should matter, but I am also a visibly Muslim woman and she was very peachy to other Caucasian customers prior to our entering the store.

Happy the they have extended sizes- they carry up to 5XL. Most of the selections for men went up to 3XL. No extra charges for using your credit card- purchase just needs to be at least $4 Same guy was working the 3x we popped in during our recent visit to MB- he was happy to let us try on various items and take photos to send home to friends and family to ask color and size questions. They even had new items that went out on the sales rack while we were here- made hubby very happy. He gleefully said it was going to make his fall wardrobe more exciting.

It seemed like the vendors had autonomy to sell what they wanted. The single employee would call a vendor if there was a question from a prospective customer. Some displays were behind glass, but the majority were open, counting on the carefulness of customers. We stopped by to see if we could pick up a memento from Morro Bay, but no luck. My wife did end up buying a blouse from a brand that she liked, so the trip wasn't a total loss. They have fun gifty items and the coolest part is that their business and name came from their photography business where they started recording people's love stories on video weddings. The phone booth in her store is going to be converted into an audio recorder so that she can get recordings of your Love Story on tape to add to the website. The Cambria store has the capacity for video recordings, apparently. The owner is super sweet too!
