They refused to credit me for February, even though my service wasn't working AND THE TECHNICIAN NEVER SHOWED UP. Notice they have not received a good review in over a year! If you use this service, you can expect to be charged two months before your service, like being charged on February 5 for March service, even if you have canceled the account. Don't expect a response if you have a problem, I was told two days ago that the owner was going to call me. The woman who answers the phone just tells you "I just answer the phone," so don't expect help from her. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau and file a suit with Small Claims Court if I do not get satisfaction by Monday, February 8, 2021.

We never expected them to do any of the transfer work for free and stated this several times. Still no call back or email reply. I'm scared we've lost all our contacts and information. All that remained to be done was to connect the two monitors and update the software. Rick decided that it was necessary to reinstall the data from my old computer. He did this from the backup drive, which was not up to date. When that error was pointed out to him, the transfer had to be done again from the old computer. All of this redundancy took several hours, for which I was charged $550. Two days later, I discovered that my email program would neither send nor receive, and all of my email history was gone. I tried calling Rick Wilson twice to ask that he rectify the email program. He did not answer, so I left voicemails explaining the problem, but he never returned my calls. I also sent two text messages, which also were ignored. Now I have to find someone else to finish the work for which he was overpaid. The quality of work I received from Mac Services does not speak well for the professional competence of Rick Wilson. More importantly, failure to respond to calls and texts doesn't speak well from his ethics or integrity.
