The bff and I went to Piercing Miracles for our Galentines Day outing this year. I found Katie on IG and was slightly obsessed with her quick hand at piercing. I'm in the process of designing an 'ear-scape' and decided that I needed to see her jewelry before deciding on a new hole. We did a walk-in for our services. I was happy to see she had a nice selection of piercing jewelry--not just the basic studs. She even had my 2mm stud that I wanted. Waiting on a spot in line gave me ample time to decide on what jewelry and where. The guy employee was very nice and patient with our questions. Katie moves fast so it wasn't long. Both the guy (Chris?) and Katie made us comfortable. Katie consulted with me quickly regarding my existing piercings, what I was getting, and what I may consider in the future. After, we were all smiles and out of the door. I did have a lot of blood (my only piercing so far that's done this.). While I'm not a newbie to piercing, I think we, especially my friend who only had one other piercing from childhood, could have benefited from some after care instructions. yeah, it's very unprofessional. She is very sweet but when you bring up a concern to her, she gets defensive. She does not stand by her jewelry. Her jewelry fades. I got my jewelry less than a month. I paid almost $200 on a special for two piercings, but I added on jewelry charged me $50 for a gold piece jewelry that was fake that left my ear with a bump... the other she charged me 30 for the other one its okay for now... I had to go to another piercing shop to buy more jewelry and get my ears cleaned. They sterilize it. They took great care of me. They are a five star business all around the board. I went on the during the special... I asked both of the young ladies that was piercing my ear, which was the owner and the one that was at processing payments they both told me that if anything happened to the jewelry, I can come and get a free replacement and I text her. I got my belly button pierced here less than a year ago, it was not the owner who did it but I guess another piercer she employed anywho I'm pretty sure the piercing is a slightly crooked which is a little frustrating but whatever.. the jewelry that I bought, paid extra for, has rusted and completely broken in roughly 9 months, I'm pretty disappointed and probably won't be returning to this shop. read more

They say they accept walk ins, but then 1) there's no piercers in (and all they do is piercings!) and 2) ask you to call before coming. I went on a weekday, 30ish min after opening. First, this location is just awful and I was hesitant to go in. It's in a large, run down apartment complex. I'll share the picture. There are definitely bugs and boarded up windows. Then, I go in and fill out the paperwork, pick jewelry, just to be told I'll have to wait 30 min because no piercers are in yet. Why not tell me that before I went through all the paperwork and stuff? How are you a piercing shop with no piercers? Why do you assume I'm gonna wait 30 min like I have nothing to do? Found this place on Yelp! Made an appointment online for a nose piercing with Katie and pre paid! It was a bit hard trying to find this place and it was on a rainy day but once I found it, I was in and out! Wasn't there longer than 15 minutes. I filled out some paperwork and was asked to pick some jewelry. I just did a basic stud and I won't lie - it did hurt a bit but it was so quick! I felt this business is covid safe! Masks are required by staff and guests and there's plenty of hand sanitizer around! They explained the after care to me! I came here to get a naval and industrial piercing, I bought the jewelry there too! The service was very fast, yet still friendly. The piercer was very kind and used CLEAN tools and made sure to clean my piercing well too! I recommended this place to my family and friends (4 people went to get piercings with me!). Seems like a scam. I had a 12pm appointment. Got stuck in an accident and was going to be 15 minutes late. Called multiple times, finally got an answer after the 3rd try. I was told that I would need to book again and pay another $80. The person I spoke with was extremely unprofessional. I was also told that I should have left out earlier as though they knew the time I left my home. The person just kept saying it is in the policy. My issue with the policy is that it is not clear at all. The policy states if you are 5 minutes late you are charged a $10 late fee. The policy does not state what happens after 5 minutes, so I was surprised to see my appointment cancelled. This really makes me question their professionalism, they are justifying taking people's money without service based on an ill written policy. read more

This review is quite late, but I got both of my nips done here in early 2020. It certainly was quick and mostly painless which was great, but both piercings were placed incorrectly, in different ways (one was too deep and I came back to get it repierced and it healed perfectly, and the other was pierced at a very odd angle which resulted in me just taking it out for fear or ripping my nipple off). Speed *really* isn't everything. I'd rather a piercer be slow and 100% accurate than quick and potentially botch someone's body permanently. As a piercer myself, I understand that we're just human, and we make mistakes, but this is why we double check before we put needles in people's bodies. For my repiercing though, my experience was very nice and I wasn't charged to get it redone which was amazing. read more

I recently got my nips pierced, and i was super nervous but Im definitely happy i chose this place. They are super welcoming and friendly, the shop was very nice. The piercing itself was very quick, she was very gentle. Definitely coming back to get my ears done. My only concern is the area where the shop is, it took me a little while to find it. I went here thinking this would be a great experience and she was quick but my jewelry was horrible quality. I spent an extra $30 for jewelry that broke within one month after my piercing. I called them immediately because I was worried about my piercing closing and they told me they couldn't fit me in at all that week so I should probably just let my piercing close.
