bought some Halloween accessories for a costume that I ended up not wearing. Before purchasing the…read moreitems I had asked the employee if the items were returnable and she informed me that as long as all the tags were still on and they were un-used then I'd be fine. I returned to the store a week later to return the items because I did not use them and so so l no longer needed them and wanted my money back. I was in the middle of the return when another store employee came out of nowhere only to tell me that "Halloween things could not be returned." I told the lady that I was told when purchasing them that that was not what I was told and that I had asked BEFORE purchasing them what the return policy was and was told otherwise so then they made an exception. But then she continued to be rude and accused me of trying to return used/opened items. She said "Just so you know you can't return used things" where I replied "I didn't even touch them" and she said in a rude tone "Ok but clearly you did." Will definitely not be returning to this store where the employees are both misinformed and accusatory towards their customers. Honestly mind-blown at the customer service here
