We moved in about 2 months ago and so far everything has been great! I believe they've done a lot of renovations to the units, including wood floors. I love the look, but you do have to be mindful of neighbors, footsteps can be loud. The views and amenities are absolutely beautiful. I eat breakfast on my balcony nearly every day. Maintenance does a great job at keeping the place clean. I love that they have 24/7 security at the desk. They really help with food and package delivery and while downtown does have a lot of homelessness and rough areas, I feel relatively safe in this area. The main gym is still under construction, but it looks so nice already! It just needs equipment, I'll post an update on this. Downsides - I will say the main elevator tends to be broken quite often, but there are plenty of other elevators to use for access. Sometimes when leaving windows open, you can get some smoke from neighbors - I'd be wary of this if you're sensitive to smoke. It can also be a little loud if you live by the highway, but it's to be expected living close to downtown, and you can't really hear it with the windows closed. I'd recommend getting a white noise machine if you want the windows open and are sensitive to noise. You can't hear a thing! Also, Kaitlyn was so helpful and went above and beyond in helping us with our move-in process. Management has an office and are almost always available during business hours. Plus the roaches galore when I first moved in, conveniently after signing the lease! They offered free parking in order to have me renew my lease and then gave me a difficult time about honoring what they offered! I'm not from California, yet it seems like everyone else is okay with substandard treatment here! You have to watch them to make sure they credit your account correctly. Disgusting service and staff (especially Ubaldo), the managers are a disgrace to this building. Accepting payments is always a good thing. And how to provide service for a lot of money is a complete lack of service. There are no discounts for regular customers, they don't queue for an additional parking space, they send them to the parking lot - Joe's parking, but the price is higher and it's not a safe place (Someone painted my tire in Joe's parking lot, and none of the staff knows who did it! One chain of companies, one owner, and the same worthless staff everywhere. Interesting corporate policy), the barriers don't work, homeless people come in and spend the night in the stairwell, and the fee is $150 per month. And next... There are a lot of cockroaches here, garbage is always lying around the trash, you can hear what the neighbors are doing, the smell of urine is often heard in parking lots, carpets in the corridors stink. But you will have a wonderful view of the DTLA, because this is the only thing they are proud of:) read more

The apartments are loud from sirens because the hospital and popo stations is next building over. ppl are constantly smoking weed and cigarettes in the hallways and the leasing office never gets back with you and most of the time are unreachable. Even after moving out they are unreachable so I have to go to the office to get my paperwork's. It's crazy how little they care about the ppl that live there. The security is also non existent half the time so the homeless ppl are always roaming in the garages and the hallways. The elevator has been down for this whole month now and it doesn't look like management cares to fix the problem. The elevator is usually out 2-4 days a month throughout the year but this has been the longest stretch. Possible ADA violation/loss of enjoyment of life. It might be best to check out other locations. Check out Section 410.03 which states: "A tenant rents an apartment with the appurtenant housing services available at the time of renting the apartment. Landlords who reduce housing services without a corresponding reduction in rent effectuate an increase in rent." If you like to walk up and down multiple levels of flight of stairs daily, then this place is for you. (Very hard to do if you have groceries or large items though!). read more

I strongly advise against considering this apartment complex, particularly if you are recent college graduates, or anyone for that matter. My roommate and I applied over two weeks ago with Tatiana as our leasing agent. Initially, she seemed understanding of our situation and offered us their current leasing special with free parking. This was important to me as I drive an electric car, and needed somewhere to charge my vehicle. When we encountered difficulties meeting the pay stub requirement, we faced a series of alarming red flags. First off, my roommates guarantor did not like the requirement of facial identification. We discussed this with our leasi, who gave us an alternate option of transferring the required funds into our own accounts to meet net worth requirements. My roommate followed this advice, but the Piero management insisted on an official bank statement, which only comes once a month. As a result, we found ourselves homeless after moving out of our previous apartment. After submitting the bank statement, we received an email stating our application was approved and planned our move-in accordingly. We made the trip to our family's homes in SD to collect our belongings and prepare for the move. As fare may have it, I decided to call Tatiana to confirm our tentative move in date. However, when I called Tatiana to verify, she informed me that our application was never approved, leaving us in a difficult situation once again. Despite her promise to call back, we received no response after several hours of waiting. The following day, we received an email (please see attached image). With basic information such as my name misspelled, the situation reverted to the one we faced two weeks prior. This entire ordeal has caused immense stress and headaches, resulting in homelessness for both my roommate and myself for the past two weeks. Not to mention, this email was delivered at 8pm Saturday night, when both herself and the office are CLOSED Sunday! Throughout this process, the rent both at the Piero and other properties increased due to their lack of communication and transparency. We are now out thousands of dollars each year due to increasing rent. I strongly advise you against giving this management group a damn penny. We are currently requesting a refund of our application fees, as this whole situation has been nothing short of a nightmare and deaf ears. P.S. as a follow up to writing this, the responses we have received have been nothing but AI generated emails. I'm glad to see they can take the time to even re-read their own emails. read more

To Anyone seeking a professional environment (review from a Veteran).: ....The Piero location has a lot of potential but the management team of apolonia carges and Ubaldo Perez are the most unprofessional goofy people I've ever interacted with at the Piero or any leasing office . If you ever come across these people ask to deal with someone else. Especially if you are a black man. Apolonia lacks awareness and professionalism. She's believes she's somehow superior /owner of the building but she's a worker. She has a disgusting mouth on her, She's extremely dismissive to tenants and lacks attention to detail. Ubaldo manages this building like a con artist. Amenities are always down here from elevator to the pool. He lacks communication skills on many levels and creeps around acting busy but he's not doing nothing. The majority of the time I've been here these issues persist. He's another guy who believes he's a boss but is also just another worker for a company. They attempted to evict me due to a made up story from another so called tenant but had to drop the case because they didn't conduct a proper investigation. They conducted a prejudice one. They never once reached out to me to hear my side of the story or to cure issue before trying to sue me. They didn't return previous phone calls or emails. My attorneys have reached out to theirs to negotiate future terms after the case but have received no response. It is clear they have no interest in conducting business in good faith. In my opinion they both should be removed from their positions because they simply are not good at their jobs. I would consider ALL alternatives before moving here. I'm not sure if this is the standard GHP sets but it seems to be aligned with other comments I've read about other locations. read more

Classy & Timeless I've been living here for almost a year, and I'm loving it! I chose to move into | The Piero Apartments | because of its location, beautiful architecture, and lifestyle. The Piero Team was very helpful and managed to get me the perfect unit that exceeded my expectations. The property manager, Mahan, was especially attentive and kind. You can tell she takes pride in her work and really cares. The location couldn't be been more perfect! I'm walking distance from downtown LA shopping malls like Macy's Plaza and 7th & Fig. Fine dining like Morton's Steakhouse and famous bars are just around the corner (walking distance.) Lots of units have beautiful downtown LA views, including mine. Did I mention they also have patios? It's always nice to get out and enjoy fresh air every now & then! (when the The world is not on fire lol) The building itself has beautiful Italian inspired architecture, from the lobby to their hallways, lots of fine details in common area amenities (crown molding and fine art for example). All units seem to have patios/balconies (huge plus!), they're Italian/Roman statues and lots of plants, flowers and trees throughout the property . The main pool has a beautiful stunning view of downtown LA and faces the Intercontinental Hotel tower. From beginning to end their team was very welcoming, courteous, and efficient. They met my expectations every step of the way! I made the perfect decision joining the Piero community! Come join us! read more

I have lived here for more than 4 years! You definitely want to hear this before movie here! Worst experience of our life! Poor management very low maintenance, don't follow their own promise, very unprofessional employees & management! Our apartment got in to fire due to having old washer dryer machine in 2018! Our wedding dress burned that I spend $10k and they only give us $500 credit towards our rent! For 3 months in 2019 pool was close due to repairs! For 3 months elevator was down me & my 7months pregnant wife had to take all the way other sides elevator! They don't even clean the place there are insects, rat in the pool & bbq area! I requested to change our dishwasher and they fix the same dishwasher 6 times! Even when I renew my lease I requested and theY accepted! Our refrigerator makes noise at middle of night & I have asked them for the past 3 weeks to change it! They don't even answer my phone calls. They stole a CAR INSIDE our parking lot 3 months ago. Gym has been closed for the past 3 months. Now I made the biggest mistake to renew my lease because I have a new born and couldn't find anything yet they have raised our price by almost $300 monthly and I asked them please give me a break! I have lived at the Piero for over 2.5 years now. I am on my way out because I am just not a fan of the noise downtown. Not sure about the new builds but most of the GHP properties are not built with insulated walls so if you move here you will hear everything. (Especially if you live off 6th street) There are few things that I have liked about living at The Piero: 1. Security - everyone is friendly and very helpful. I've never had issues when seeking help from them. 2. Leasing Team is great! I don't think Reagan is present anymore but she was my leasing Agent and I've also interacted with Brittany and the other ladies in leasing. They were great and know their stuff. 3. I have never had issues with safety. I've heard other people talk about cars being towed, broken into (in the Piero 1) but I've never seen anything on my side. From time to time unhoused people come into the garages for the trash but nothing dangerous. 4. My apartment is spacious. 5. Resident Services can be slow but I haven't had any issues with them. They are all pretty friendly. Now let's talk about the other tings: 1. If you can't handle the fire trucks sounding like they are in your living room...this not the place. I can also hear every door slam and person in the hallway. And the person who lives underneath me...baybeee I know the lyrics to all his weekend playlist and arguments he's had with his girlfriend. (Basically the walls are super thin...I'm not exaggerating) 2. The new gym looks nice but it's still not open. It's been a year since it's been shut down. Because of that expect the other gym to have broken equipment etc until both open back up and there is even balance. 3. There is no longer guest parking during the day. That is disappointing because of the area we are in. Guest parking was a nice perk. 4. Idk but I think the carpets in the hallway are reason for this, but certain seasons there will be Gnats that enter the apartment. No matter how clean. 5. I have never had any issues with management....Recently though, they have sent out a notice that they are moving leasing offsite to an office to better serve GHP as a whole. Which could also mean downsizing. I had a recent interaction with a offsite staff member there over the phone that almost shifted the trajectory of how I viewed GHP management and how they run their apartments and NOT in a positive way. My experience was less than couth. I have never been treated or spoken to the way I was on the phone by that person in the offsite in all my years of being at The Piero. I hope it is not a reflection of what is to come with all of the transitions. Thankfully Josh (The Piero) was able to call me back and smooth things over and I was able to speak with Brandi from the corporate office. Overall I was comfortable living here. I wish the decor in the common spaces was updated to have more of a modern look but overall not a bad experience. read more

We have been living at Piero for about a year now and we sad to have to say that we are highly disappointed by how the new management is dealing with residents and others including ourselves lately. We are paying good money for the confort and the amenities but also, for the costumer service which should be top priority for the people that hires employees that have direct contact with residents. The new staff operates in a way that does not make you feel appreciated as a tenant and these are changes that we have noticed in the last months. Their demeanor is somehow mean and discouraging is like they feel that they are managing a prison except for Jeffrey and Juan. Please do something about this. Many tenants like us ( good people) feel the same and know for sure that we are not living in east LA. Just by the way they write letters, treat cleaning personal in front of residents, gossip loudly between them when you are waiting for someone at their offices and even smell like alcohol when they talk to you on Mondays shows that someone above them is not doing their job correctly and we don't see how that can benefit anyone. read more

After it's all said and done and figured out about when we could replace the carpet we were pretty much left there to sleep in the living room and a one bedroom with all of our supplies in bed just in there around us because they wouldn't put us in a new unit or help better accommodate us, until I had asked for the old managers email, as I am with the understanding there is a new manager now, but as soon as I started to ruffle some feathers and do some poking around it's like Britney the one who was giving me a fair amount of attitude and interrupting me rudely when stating my worries with my apt and concerned with how i might have to say in their for three days until carpet is replaced caught her attitude adjusted because she at first offered nothing but instead talking over me the whole entire time As i was explaining my concerns and worries, now made me feel more excluded and not needed in the whole process of getting my apartment to where it needs to be I felt belittled and important and just another statistic in her eyes when I was talking with her and met her to calling me shortly thereafter with accommodations some of which she kept her word on others she did not , Now the other worker that she has in there Melanie is at least half nice wether she has ulterior motives or gets paid off commission ,But you can just tell something is off about her and her attitude and quite frankly everybody's attitude in this building stinks, both representatives are very stand off like and it's almost like two sharks in a tiny pond. When Melanie was told about animal feces and everything else inside of the elevator and in the hallway she responded to my girlfriend by saying sometimes I just pick up after people and to me implying as if we should do the same and now she lives here in this building as an on-site whatever she is but it just goes to show you how crazy their attitude towards things are , the area is gold awful a female got her car stolen a gun point while I'm watching it happen from my balcony , And walk around the pool when you take a tour on one side it looks clean and awesome but then you get to the other side and you see how disgusting the pool is tiles falling off crumbling ceramic all around it , it's really quite dangerous to be honest if that gets in someone's eyes or is swallowed it could definitely be life threatening, but the building is chocked up to be great and glorious and all this but once you move and you REALLY see the building your going to want to throw up... this is literally the first Apartment that my girlfriend and I looked at we looked around for for five more months and she wanted this one so bad so we ended up landing with it , and I just had a bad feeling about it that's why I kept wanting to look at other ones and this is why I know exactly why it's because we would've been way better off somewhere else. not to mention our hard wood was BEAT up when we got it too , and our floor plan was wrong they gave us the wrong floor plan . building..... read more

Resident services does not answer the phone or respond to emails, but perhaps they will get back here. Whether it be the pool or the gym closing down indefinitely and suddenly for long periods of time, or safety and cleanliness, they just don't seem to have the residents in mind. Packages get stolen because Security is only on one side of the property and often the stairwells stink of urine and are littered with drug paraphernalia. Don't even get me started on the extreme noise pollution and crime in this area. I was ok with all of this but the final straw is that they decided to remove our secure daytime guest parking which leaves only a couple of spaces to serve all 550 units! This is ridiculous to me and I will not be renewing my lease because of it. For what reason would would they want to make it even harder for our friends and loved ones to get together? read more

I lived her for 3 years, it's is now a very bad place to live. The atmosphere was so different when I first moved in but now it's just bad. There was a murder on my floor (4th floor piero 2). There are a lot of drug dealers in the building. And the air bnb is rented out to trapstars coming to shop for drugs. In March 2020 there was huge police arrest in a air bnb unit next to me and I've complained about this unit many times before, police had surrounded the building and there were undercover cops in the hallways who scared the shit out of me. None the less even after the arrest Mahan and Elizabeth never kicked out who the lease belonged to because still after there was plenty of parties, smoking and shouting going on. People will ring my door bell at 2am in the morning, and security will just hang up on you. I was so happy when I finally left this rubbish place they call "Luxury" please don't move here. If you do, get used to weed smells, parties and drug trafficking, and very sketchy people. Also as a female you do not feel safe around all these Airbnb men. Let me first start off by saying that looking for an affordable place in Los Angeles with 5-star amenities is a major pain. I had been searching for a 1-BR apartment with a gas range, in-unit washer/dryer, and parking space for a good 5 months, and trying to keep that within my budget (under 2k) was almost impossible without sacrificing one or the other AND locale. That's when I came across The Piero on Zillow, after finding the perfect unit I reached out and was greeted by the most amazing agent I've ever had the pleasure of working with, Melanie Fann. By the time I was able to schedule a visit, that unit had already been scooped up; quite the debilitating feeling when you've been on the hunt for as many months as I was. Still, I called the next morning and told Melanie about my struggles and she pulled up the apartment website and found me an even larger unit within my budget and the same amenities. The process took about a week, but after background checks and whatnot, I was given the keys to my new home and was welcomed into a community that feels was meant for me - diversity is key and here, you are welcomed by friendly folks from all walks of life. So to summarize, gas range, in-unit washer/dryer, COVERED parking and it faced the center gardens with the most peaceful water fountains and foliage a dreamer could ask for in a place like Downtown Los Angeles. To add, this place has 2 libraries on site, gyms, bbq pits with a ROOFTOP SWIMMING POOL and, get this, a private screening room you can rent to watch movies and do karaoke. Right across the street is a Grocery Outlet; food options within walking distance, an outdoor mall with a Target and several clothing stores (Zara, Victoria's Secret), and a food court about a 9-minute walk away. For those residents that were here during quarantine, I am sure they were the most comfortable Angelenos, so I am truly thankful to Melanie Fann for her tireless work to get me into this lovely place. If you are looking for a place to call HOME, please contact her and let her do her magic, she's truly a kind-hearted soul and she works hard for her people. I lived in Piero II #805 for the past three years and only recently moved for personal reasons not related to the community. First, let me startI off by saying that I had THE most peaceful quarantine experience in that unit!!!! The balcony overlooked the most peaceful oasis of palm trees and a courtyard with a soothing fountain that ran from morning until ~945pm. I most often had my balcony door open so that I could listen to the built-in serenity. Additionally, because of the unobstructed location of the balcony in that unit, I was able to enjoy prime sunlight on a daily basis. Again, this was extremely key to an amazing quarantine experience. I often joked on social media that I was in Tulum, & my friends believed me because I would lay out in my bikini, listening to the fountain, & escape the stress of Covid-19! The balcony is also large enough for working out, so I utilized that space to maintain my sanity, all while being safe. :-) Aside from being able to hear some courtyard arguments between those stressed out WFH & those celebrating at home (sorry, those instances gave me a good chuckle ;-)), it was total paradise!! The unit itself was spacious, thoughtfully planned, & truly felt like home for the past three years. I also greatly enjoyed the amenities, especially the jacuzzi at Piero II & both the dry sauna & steam room at Piero 1!! It's really hard to find those types of A-1 amenities in an apartment community!! Also, the community is centrally located to highways & within walking distance to so many things in downtown! Major savings on parking & rideshare fees!! The pre-Covid community events were some of the best I have experienced!! My work schedule didn't always allow me to attend, but I never missed a brunch because the food was so BOMB! I also remember a really amazing Super Bowl party in the theater. Even during quarantine, the Piero staff was very thoughtful on ways to show appreciation for the residents. Why only 4 stars? Really, it should be 4.5, but that is not an option. The main elevator in Piero II went out regularly. I had seen reviews of this previously &, fortunately, I am a regular stair taker. However, I think of those (like my parents) who cannot handle walking that many stairs. In fact, I had to carry an elderly cleaning lady's belongings up for her because she was distraught on how she would be able to get up to the floor to do her cleaning. Also, there were a lot of AirBnB "guests." I recognize this is an ongoing battle for downtown communities, but it's something you should keep in mind. Lastly, the location of my balcony & bedroom windows allowed construction dust to blow in consistently, which required daily sweeping. Community shoutouts: -Michael Crate, who handled my original lease & gave me the option to remove the carpet & have hardwood floors put in (GAME CHANGER!!!!!!). -Frances Barajas, who worked in resident services & was always on top of my package appointments, service requests, & anything else I needed. -Piero maintenance staff, who was always so friendly & professional!! -Juan Velazquez, who handled my move out & was just absolutely fabulous & patient (because I couldn't make up my mind if I was moving or not). -Mahan Mirzabeigifini, who from the moment she stepped foot on property, there was a noticeable, positive change!! I've seen reviews in the past about residents not getting their security deposit returned or being overcharged, but that was not the case for me at all!! Mahan called me to confirm my forwarding address because she couldn't read my calligraphy. Additionally, she had all paperwork completed on time, & I was refunded appropriately for keeping my unit in pristine condition. I love this peaceful community. The my leasing agent - Melanie is fabulous. She not only accommodated my dates but also made sure the place was ready on my move in date on a very short notice. She is very friendly and funny to talk to. Keep it up Melanie In addition to lovely complex. They have electric charging spots available in parking which is going to be a blessing for me as I own a plug-in hybrid car. Worse service and building.... Just noooo They keep losing my packages that are worth more then 1000! Every time they have someone new in the office and is talked to Louise now in the maintenance office and he was being so rude. I talked to Josh to change my dish washer and refrigerator before we even renew and they never changed them for me. My food goes bad really fast since the refrigerator is not working well, they just keep saying put a work order to fix and they fix one thing 10 times and again it's the same story. I wish we never renew our contract for another year with their false promises. The elevator is always down and it's so hard to use the stroller from the 4 and 5th floor! This weekend we had a birthday party in the movie theater, it was really awesome. Of course it takes a little more time to set up and have a whole event with children but Iyoana made our experience So amazing. She was patient and made sure we were OK the entire time. I really appreciate her because we also had an emergency and she took time to help us through the process. I've ran into her a couple of times and she's has the sweetest spirit. I really love the Piero team and I feel very comfortable at my new place. I really love that my friends they hadn't seen my place before commented on me living in a resort like hotel. Ubaldo Perez, the assistant community manager has been the absolute BEST! He is professional, respectful and so attentive! Any concern or question I have is always responded so quickly. The maintenance staff is always so respectful and wear PPE when coming into my unit. I love my apartment. The hot-tub at the main pool has been broken for about a year now--they have made no attempt to repair it. When I asked the leasing office when the hot-tub would be fixed, they said they were starting renovations in a week (that was 3 weeks ago). It's a huge bummer because the pool area was a major selling point/reason I loved the building on my initial tour. At this point, combined with other problems I have with this building, there is no way I will renew my lease if rent prices increase at all. read more

WARNING!!! Where do I begin? My boyfriend and I were searching for our first apartment together, an easy commute between our jobs/school and while the location is ideal, that is the ONLY positive about Piero. First, our leasing agent Hunter (who is no longer at Piero but Lorenzo, another property managed by GHP management) was very unprofessional, talked about how him and his husband would frequent a nude beach in San Diego, which I thought was intrusive. He then gave us a tour of the property itself and showed us where our unit was located, which was next to the spa and so I asked him if it gets noisy and he said no. After the tour, we decided to lease the apartment and have regret it ever since. Before we signed the lease, we asked if we could move-in earlier if possible, Hunter told us we could if the current tenants move on-time, which they did, so we signed the contract, but by that time, Hunter had left and Emanuel, another leasing agent who is often rude, said we couldn't move in earlier, despite explaining that Hunter said that it would be fine. A few days before our move, we contacted Piero and spoke to Tim, another leasing agent, who told us that while the unit was vacant, it wasn't clean and that if it's ready before the 1st, we could move-in earlier after all. A day before our move, we called to check and again spoke to Tim who said the unit is ready but we couldn't move in until the date written on our contract. We were mislead on more than one occasion by more than one employee. Upon entering the unit for the first time, we noticed that the floors were scratched, the heater didn't (and to this day still doesn't) work and for the first week we had no hot water. We called resident services and maintenance fixed the problem, which worked for ONE day and then broke AGAIN, finally they replaced the water heater. Which brings me to my next complaint, resident services is laughably unreliable, except we're not laughing. They're open 9-7 or so they claim, but are missing for half the day. Apparently their "lunch" break starts and ends whenever they feel like it, and when I contact them either by phone or email, I never get a response. Ever. I have to physically go down there and wait... and wait... and wait. Next, as previously mentioned, we live next to the spa and were told prior to move-in that it doesn't get too loud but that was a lie. Since moving here in April, we've had to call security AT LEAST once per week regarding unreasonably loud people, music and the smell of drugs emanating from parties being thrown despite the rules stating that there's an occupancy limit for the spa. If these instances had occurred during the day then it's not so much of a problem but people stay in the spa very late, sometimes as late as 1am when we're trying to sleep. We contacted resident services and the leasing office and requested to be moved to another unit, and submitted proof of our claims, and as expected, we were forgotten about. And last but not least, a few other issues I have with the community here are that the elevators are often broken, the property is not very secure (sure it's access controlled but sketchy people piggyback and enter in the garage or main entrance after residents) which contributes to the disruptive noise I mentioned earlier. Also, it's not the cleanest either, but this isn't necessarily managements fault, I see maids cleaning public spaces every morning, but other residents leave trash around throughout the day, and pet owners often let their dogs poop and urinate on the floors without cleaning it up. Finally, one of the reasons we decided to move here was because of the screening/karaoke room and clubhouse, but what they don't mention on their website is that those are only available for rent, starting at a minimum of $300. Unfortunately, we are stuck here until April 2023 and will definitely NOT be renewing our lease. We have already saved our friends from moving here and would implore anyone considering Piero to look around and spend your hard earned money elsewhere, it's not worth it here. read more

We have been here for over two years now. The maintenance staff is great! They deserve five stars, especially Francisco, he's professional and quick with all of our requests! The leasing staff is friendly, they have also been great with helping us reactivate keys and picking up packages. However, we just received notice last month that our monthly rent will be increased by $300+ in November. They notified us that they would charge extra for parking!! Our experience at the apartment building has been horrible. There have been multiple times that the fire alarm goes off in the building at all hours of the night for 20+ minutes. A shooting from inside the parking lot off 6th street between Bixel and St Paul a few months ago where police officers came to the scene. They would not let us leave the crime scene and told us someone was shot outside the building and transported to the ER from right outside the gate. There is dog poop smeared all over the hallways and staircase. The elevator reeks of dog piss and weed every other day. These dog owners need to start cleaning up after their dogs!!! I've seen homeless people doing drugs at the bottom of the staircase. There is trash piled up next to the trash shoot until maintenance comes to clean it up. We live close to the shoot, and we both plug in air fresheners twice to help the smell, and both times, they were stolen. Our door mat disappeared one day without notice. I ran into a neighbor who had a dog attacked by another tenant's dog and heard the leasing office would not provide video footage. The list goes on and on. The bottom line- is do not move here. It's not worth it even with their specials. The only reason we stayed was that we signed the lease with a fair deal, but due to the price increase and our negative experience, we will be leaving soon. read more

I was a little hesitant during the initial stage of the moving process and had a great disdain about the idea of living downtown, but Tatiana was extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful and thoroughly answered all my questions I had. Till this day she is an excellent source for me to go to for any assistance or needs. The common areas of the apartments (elevators, hallway's, pool etc) are cleaned every day & there's not a heavy influx of homeless like you might see at more expensive places downtown. I highly recommend and enjoy my stay here. read more

I see that everyone has the same problems with this housing and with this owner. It's time to stop this lawlessness! What impudence, it is not legal to rent out your home and still write disgusting false reviews to guests! Getting a lot of money for this, BTW A stinky little apartment with an old carpet, a broken toilet and cockroaches everywhere! Be prepared that your door without warning and knocking will be opened by people unfamiliar to you without any warning !!! The second time I was in the shower and these people came without knocking, opened the door. A man of great growth frightened my children and they had to be reassured long after that! I ran to the cries of the children from the shower, barely covering myself with a towel. Of course, no one let them in. The landlord did NOT WARN that someone would open the door and enter! We, like other people, have valuable things and money! And it's extremely unpleasant that someone opens the door without demand and without warning! As a result, the next day, these people came to us already led by a manager, which is right! Because letting unknown people into their home with young children is DANGEROUS !!!! Nobody warned us about the visit of these people. A message came from the owner at the very moment when these people had already opened the door TWO without knocking! The owner does not know the parking number at all. Therefore, you will receive a warning. And, if you have time to rearrange the car, then they will not evacuate it!
