Made an appointment due to a couple broken teeth and wanting to see what else needs to be done to get back on track with my oral health. Never even looked in my mouth on the first visit just x-ray and then said I need 3 teeth extracted. Made the appointment for the next week and that was a mistake. The office has too many things going on for just one "dr" I could hear the chaos in the background of him trying to direct all his employees while he was running around like a chicken with his head cut off. There was no one else in the room while he shattered my teeth and had to leave me with a mouth full of tooth particulates while he ran out to get more instruments. Totally unprofessional. He ended up breaking the upper tooth and leaving the rest in the socket without saying anything and caused extreme pain for a week until I could be seen at another dentist. They took more x-rays and confirmed that indeed the bottom of the tooth was still in the socket and sticking above gum line. The size of the tooth he then pulled was much larger than expected and what a relief it was to finally have it out. Highly recommend O2 Dental group!!! They were amazing and will return there. DO NOT GO TO COASTAL SMILES PLEASE LISTEN TO ME AND SAVE YOURSELF THE PAIN

Dr. Steve always gives me his undivided attention and full focus- none of that jumping back and forth between multiple patients nonsense that many other dentists do. He just does great work. He explains everything very clearly and anticipates my needs ahead of time. I have complete trust and total confidence in Dr. Steve. Victoria runs the whole place with a direct approach, but she is also a very deeply caring and kind person. She gave me a great deal of comfort at my first visit to City Dental, when I came in with a horrible tooth emergency. She just took really good care of me and remains very dear to my heart. (Victoria and Dr.Steve are a married couple who run the practice together). Meghan is a rockstar receptionist; she's intelligent, informed, highly competent and an absolute riot! She makes me laugh, she eases my anxiety and she always makes sure that I am as comfortable as I can be. I absolutely adore Meghan, as well as I do Ashley. Ashley, assistant supreme, is a genuine sweetie pie with whom I also really enjoy chatting. She has a comforting and quieting influence on me- I feel very calm in her presence, which is pretty huge for me. The whole team has been so very good to me, accommodating my travel schedules and just giving me great dental care. Their prices are more than fair, especially given the high quality of the work and materials. And they're aware that dental work can get prohibitively expensive for the average Jane, but will work with you to find a way to get the care you need.
