This situation is extremely frustrating and disappointing. The staff working there are nice, but I feel like I got scammed. I am extremely disappointed with my experience, and the situation has only worsened after I shared my honest review. Since posting my feedback, I have been receiving excessive and persistent phone calls--up to 15 times a day pressuring me to remove my review. This behavior feels inappropriate, unprofessional, and harassing. In addition to the original issue where I came in for a specific painful tooth but received treatment on other teeth that I did not need I am now also being blamed for the treatment decisions that were made and recommended by the provider. This is unacceptable. Patients rely on dental professionals to diagnose and recommend appropriate care. Shifting responsibility onto the patient after the fact, especially when the outcome has been ongoing pain and financial burden, is deeply concerning. At this point, I am not only dissatisfied with the treatment itself but also with how this situation is being handled. If done correctly I would have had an out of pocket charge of less than $25. Since they are in the plan the insurance company sends them the reimbursement check. Im still waiting for the dentist to remit me $72 I was overcharged. I must say if it wasnt for this incident I was ready to switch from my current dentist. I did find Dr Shih to be a good dentist and her assistants were very professional. Unfortunately, by having me pay out of pocket despite taking my insurance has made me rethink the change. Luz, at the front knows her stuff and will take care of you and put your insurance company in their place (politely). 3. They work as a team. Cheesy but true. They ask each other for help, support each other and everyone genuinely enjoys working there, you can tell. 4. I've brought my infant twins in with me on several occasions and they helped care for them as if they were their own children. 5. Milk chocolate sea salt caramels. (Yup, at a dentist office) 6. The dentists are normal people who talk to you about what they are doing. 7. A lot of their work (like making caps) is done in house so the wait time for stuff is cut in half!! 8. Dr. Inabi. The end. 9. Needed a tooth extracted while pregnant and was in a lot of pain the following days. Dr. Inabi called me that night and the next few days to check in on me. 10.
