The mash was whipped and absolutely creamy like cloud. We ordered the 48 oz ribeye steak to share it was delicious and they do slice it up for you so that it is easy to share. The spaghetti tajarin dala forma was made table side and the head of service explained what he was doing step by step. Unfortunately, this experience was marred by our neighbours for the night as they were enjoying themselves too much. The shisito pepper on the mash was nicely crusted and absolutely delish.
