Delicious BBQ but even better service. All the proteins in the BBQ Sampler were succulent and flavorful. My favs were either the brisket or the ribs. The BBQ Tater Tots had an amazing seasoning and were absolutely delicious. The leftovers will easily last a few meals! Only caveat was some of the meats were warm and not hot. It's cool how they mashed up a pickleball club and a BBQ joint (I guess, do the former and then eat at the latter haha). They serve BBQ (and BBQ sauces) from many different regions of the US. Nice decor and music choice too. What stood out the most though, was the hospitality. They gave a free BBQ Popcorn sampler, which was seasoned with the same amazing seasoning as the Tater Tots. They also gave great recs and were attentive throughout my meal. Before I left, I asked for some of the BBQ sauces to-go and they gave 7 small containers of different sauces. Easily worth the splurge and the service! Definitely recommend, will be back!

OMG... The wings, Get them... Get 200 of them (I did) Seriously... We had a team bldg event at PKL and we had a giant spread of food, Wings, Pretzels, Stuffed Mushrooms, lots of things, and the wings were soooo good that I literally ordered about 48 to take home. The dry rub was INSANE... All the food was great. The vibe here is great and you are able to go eat without even picking up a game of Pickleball, but its a fun, open bar area and I hear the vibe is great on a Saturday night. Sad that all the wings are finally gone at home so I might have to come back & pick up some more! Hey, did I mention you should try the wings! Staff was all great too, def look into hosting a Team meeting there, everyone went above & beyond!

Awful bar stool... Totally uncomfortable and discourages staying too long or need a chiropractor

Excellent barbecue in Boston . This visit was another visit for bbq and consistent with my prior visits. Great beer selection and highest one's own draft. The Robot crusher IPA, widow maker IPA were successful selection among my local brewers... night shift for one. Meal combos could be a bit more extensive. Meat and two was a single meat and two sides. I ordered this with ribs, Mac and cheese, beans. It comes with bread, pickles, pickled onions. I needed my smoked turkey , smoked brisket as I've had here, so can order a 1/4 or 1/2 lb of each. I ordered a 1/4 lb of each knowing leftover was to be the lunch sandwich tomorrow. Well, the beans were fantastic with chucks of brisket mixed in... best beans I've had at all the bbq places in Massachusetts and beyond . Mac and cheese very good, but I needed a multi cheese cork screw pasta blend like another spot ... excellent Mac and cheese still The ribs in the meat combo order were a hefty portion and meat fall off bones, perfect smoke, not salty meat... excellent. The 1/4 brisket was fall apart tender; excellent flavor, not dry, nice smoke flavor, not fatty and maybe a bit more fat maybe how others like. Excellent brisket and remains went into my baked beans cup for lunch tomorrow. Smoked turkey was tender, excellent flavors and I only order the smoked turkey here as other places serve it too dry... this was real deal . Choices of 3-4 bbq sauces, I plated all 4 and mixed, and used all four... I would have liked a far different one to provide a greater range ... a berry based sauce I had elsewhere would be the bomb on this turkey . Bread I would like to see replaced with a slice cornbread cinnamon buttered, pickled onions I don't need, pickles ok but a slaw cumber mix instead would be better ... Nice vibes with pickle ball courts, families, private parties here. Brews and Que all great here... the smoked wings look great and tough to order those and pass on a turkey or brisket side order... My only complaint is the ridiculously uncomfortable bar chairs... you need a chiropractor after sitting too long... doesn't promote people wanting to stay long... change these out ... few hundred bucks for padded seats with a comfortable arch and back... Firefly's bbq in Marlborough had best comfort vat seats in Massachusetts... send the manager up there to try one on his buttocks vs. this metal basement stool type from IKEA discount furniture.

Brownie, meat +2 sides (key like pie is already being eaten!) - this is $55 before tip.

We ordered through Door Dash and we do not believe that affected the food quality as it arrived very quickly from nearby and was hot. We chose this place based on reviews and awards. My husband is a Nashville native and we spend a significant amount of time in GA and SC. That being said did not find this to be a repeat visit candidate. The brisket was dry and barely spiced. It was lean however. The baked beans were excellent as was the vinegar based slaw. The pickles and pickled onions were a nice side. We were a bit baffled by the side of grocery store bread and expected corn bread. We also got key like pie which was a huge hit with the hubs - although a tiny piece for the price but hey it's Boston. We also got the fudge brownie which was mediocre although very fudgy as described. So why a 3? If you're a BBQ joint and the meat is only so so that's a problem.

Everything weighed up to be about two pounds.
    Yelp R.

So I ordered the combo and was a little skeptical of the amount of food. Low and behold I weighed most of the meat and in yotal it was about two pounds. Well met Pg Beach, well met. This is what I weighed: 1/4 LB PULLED PORK 1/4 LB SMOKED TURKEY 1/4 LB BEEF BRISKET 3 BABY BACK RIBS 1 SAUSAGE LINK

Whew found this place on the way to the airport. I ordered the chicken sandwich with the tots and had a drink called Left Eye. My sandwich was soooo tasty and well flavored and the tater tots with the Cajun seasoning. The drink was the perfect addition. The service was good staff are friendly and nice. The ambiance was fun, good music and a vibe

Me and my wife had lunch here at this restaurant. When we entered the restaurant we were greeted by front staff. The staff were friendly and helpful. My wife ordered fried chicken sandwich with the seasoned tater tots. She loved the fried chicken sandwich and the tater tots. She said the chicken was juicy and cooked to perfection. She loved the sauce on the sandwich and the tater tots were seasoned very well. I ordered the brisket Philly cheesesteak and potato chips with bbq seasoning. The meat was bbq to perfection and seasoned well. The taste was amazing and the cheese with the veggies and the soft roll was phenomenal. The chips were fresh and delicious. I ordered my wife a jalapeño margarita which she loved. The bar and the restaurant is great. You can play games while you wait and they had tv all around. A great place to go to watch a game or just a nice chill date night spot.

If you were to tell me that the best BBQ spot in Boston was in an indoor pickleball court in Southie, I'd literally think you were lying BUT it's true... Pig Beach BBQ is hands down, the best place for BBQ in Boston! They're located inside PKL indoor pickleball facility, off of Old Colony Ave in Southie. We got to try their food today for lunch! Here's what we got: -Meat & 2 Combo: 1/2 rack of ribs For our 2 sides we got mac&cheese + BBQ tatertots $28 -1/2 lb beef brisket $19 -hot honey dry rub wings $12 -lemon pepper wings (off menu) Drinks: ginger ale & Shirley temple Thoughts: OMG! Literally so good! Our favorite has to be the 1/2 rack of ribs! The flavor was perfect and meat was fall off the bone tender. AND you've gotta get their wings, I'm not even remotely joking, they're bomb! I'm not usually a fan of dry rub, HOWEVER, the hot honey dry rub & the lemon pepper wings were absolute GAS! So much flavor, incredibly delish, & they stayed hot for from beginning to end of the meal somehow? I love my food nice and hot so I was definitely a happy gal since everything came out hot + fresh. I will say, the brisket was the dish we had the highest expectations for. Unfortunately didn't end up being the star of the show for us. Now don't get me wrong, it was still good! As good as Texas or Tennessee BBQ? Not quite but we're getting there! The brisket was just drier than expected and didn't have the burst of flavor we were hoping for. Okay, now on to the sides! The sides were YUM. Go look at those tater tots! They were some of the best tater tots I've had in a while, full of flavor and honestly don't even need sauce because all the flavor is already there. The Mac & cheese was also very good, very solid. The cucumbers & pickled onions were on point, as well. The pickled onions were different & I really enjoyed them. Not too pickled & had a hint of cinnamon. I've had BBQ before in the south, however, never in Boston & honestly everything we had today was super solid & legit! The wings were one of the first dishes to arrive to the table and literally set the tone for the rest of the meal, seriously did not disappoint. Besides the brisket being slightly dry, everything was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! The flavor...the tenderness of the ribs... THE WINGS...to the sides, so yeah, I will be back very soon! Highly recommend. Must try BBQ spot in Southie ;))

I cannot I haven't heard about this place until now! As soon as you enter, their inviting and friendliest hosts, servers, and bartenders make you feel welcomed and at home. They are so helpful in making recommendations. We got their award winning Smash Burger made with Wagyu beef and an addictive special sauce, BBQ Sampler, Wings, Mac n Cheese, and Baked Beans. Everything tasted amazing but that burger has legit captured my heart. I would come here just for their burger! I love their indoor pickleball court because now we can play all year round! This is an absolute must visit spot!

Brisket with house BBQ sauce drizzled over. (Needs more BBQ sauce:))

(Personally) Potato salad needs more mayo coleslaw as well. Brisket beautiful. Just needed extra house BBQ sauce. Corn bread and maple butter? Devine. Pickles were essential. Did take out man who took my order was pleasant. Will be back.

Insanelyyy good barbecue at a pickleball place randomly?? I tried the barbecue sampler, smashburger, and wings and wowww. The burger was ridiculously good (add the bacon jam!), and the brisket, pulled pork, and ribs were so tender and flavorful. They also provide a bunch of sauces so you can mix and match them with the meats. The cornbread side was also so good!! The service is good and it's a very casual space (it is inside a pickleball place lol).

These were delicious and came with a great bbq ranch sauce. We then split a 3 meat plate; wings, burnt ends, and pulled pork (they were out of brisket) it came with cornbread, beans, mac and cheese and potato salad. The wings were phenomenal; smokey and crisp. The pulled pork was good and paired well with their sauce. The burnt ends came already sauced and were swimming in it. They weren't my favorite. The sides were just ok to me, but I really liked the cornbread. The whiskey selection was huge! I got a pour of the Heaven's Door Private Selection which was a 127.4 proof and delicious. The prices seemed decent. The service was a little slow, but the place was very nice.

Where was the Nashville hot sauce Tried regular wings and hot wings. Both average. The bad: Ribs were dry and lacking flavor Brisket was very fatty. Burnt ends were doused in sauce and didnt have enough meat. Flavor was overpowering and not in a good way with all the sauce/seasoning. Cornbread was dry and a bit hard. Cool that they offer kids meals with BBQ but the ribs chosen were dry and the fries came out under done and room temp. Not as crispy or flavorful as the adult meal fries. All in all, a very "mid experience".

Known for a stem sum, we certainly enjoyed the dim sum offerings as well as traditional dishes . We've been there several times. This night, we had a table of 10 including a visit visitor from Germany for the World Cup. Unfortunately, I was so excited about the food. I missed several photos. It is all about the food. You can get some less common dishes. Two of my young adult children had friends who were eager to try the scallion, pancake crab Rangoon they had learned about on social media - it lived up to its reputation albeit a little messy! Dumplings of different varieties were amazing. Salt & pepper calamari was fresh, tender and a big hit! The generous portion of Chinese broccoli with garlic was amazing. The beef filet with pepper was one of the most popular dishes at the table and went quickly - the beef was tender with the right amount of spice. Every single dish was fully consumed. Most of all, it was a great value. Had I gone to the north end or anywhere else in Boston? It would've been 30 to 40% more expensive. We got great quality, food and service and an experience in the process. We didn't stray far except for Jelly fish appetizer that was crunchy with cucumber and a vinegar sauce that was tasty. The service is consistently attentive. As soon as you are seated, we had hot tea and drink orders. As food arrived, the table was always cleared. Nice to have this energy.

So after looking up local Chinese joints to eat at, Dynasty popped up. They also offer street parking so that is what sold me on this joint. Considering Boston's Chinatown looks pretty run down, you should never judge a book by it's cover. Walking in, this joint is really bright and clean. The young man working the register greeted us and got my daughter and I a table. The big list of food items was dropped off and we were ready to get the party started! We ordered a handful of things! It's been a while since we have had dim sum so we were ready to put in work. Our food was starting to slowly trickle out. We started off with the congee. It came out pretty fast since it was probably made earlier waiting to be served. Shortly after the rest of our dumplings were making their way to our table. The congee was simple, savory and comforting. It tasted like my childhood. The fried shrimp rolls were tasty, crispy and savory. I have had similar fried shrimp dumplings like this served with a sauce similar to walnut shrimp. That sauce would have been killer with these rolls. The long rice noodles were silky and filled with char sui. The sauce was more vinegar than sweet which is how I have normally had it. Still good! Har gaw and shu mai were fabulous once they dropped off soy and chili oil to dip them in. The turnip cake will always be one of my favorites. My daughter enjoyed the soup dumplings and the rice in lotus leaf. I was too full to try them. Customer service was ok. They got you what you needed but not a lot of exchange in conversation. I feel like most dim sum experiences are like that. The food was so good! I enjoyed every bit of it with my daughter. Parking might be free but very limited and challenging to find. I'm still happy we got to check this joint out and have a great meal here!
