Overall really impressed with this small location located in the heart of Bluff Park. I have been in a couple Piggly Wiggly's and none of them are huge grocery stores. They take great advantage of their space and have an overall good amount of stock on hand. So where they differ a little than the other grocery stores in the area is the available selection. They have the brand names, obviously because they are known and to compete with the other stores in the area. They may not have a ton on hand, but they do have it and at a reasonable price. So what sets them apart is the non-household name brands they carry. This really stood out when I was looking at the Salsa they had on hand. Several kinds I have not seen in other stores. These items tend to be a little more than the household name brands, but if you are looking for something different and are feeling a little adventurous this is a great place to try and find something new spice up a normal meal. Another place they shine is on the liquor isles. I was in shock to see the space they had set aside for the beer they carry on tap. Reasonable priced growlers and excellent pricing to get them filled. A little bit of everything and some a little more obscure that can be found on tap. Plan on trying this out soon! They also have an exceptionally large beer and wine selection, especially when you take into consideration the overall size of the store. Several different styles of beer I haven't seen anywhere else. Pretty cool! Staff was friendly and available through out the store and made sure that I didn't need anything. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for something a little different. I plan on returning soon!

I love the pig. Friendly staff in every department who will greet you while wearing correct uniforms and their name tags are readable. Very good selection of beers. Great produce and meat markets. The cashiers are friendly and accurate.

in the last week The meat department is unbelievably atrocious. Only 3 packs of filets on display for sale. All were out of date and rancid. Check out these pics. It seems they are more interested in selling craft beer than quality food product. The only "manager" we could find to alert the problem to was too busy fraternizing with the beer rep to talk to us. Such a shame, as this location has the potential to be a nice neighborhood store.

The cashier was rude and talked very ugly to the man in front of because he wasn't moving gat enough for her. The manager stood by idly and did nothing. The cashier likely spoke of how she was not coming to a surf meeting on her off day and they needed to change the meeting. This was the most unprofessional establishment that I've been in. The was a guy that set off the alarms ar the door. When he returned thi have his bag checked, the rude cashier yelled at him to leave. I was being harassed by a homeless guy that followed me around the store, I felt uneasy and unsafe. I don't ever plan to return to this store.

I know they have made some changes since it first opened, but it did feel sort of less cluttered. I say that because while the aisles felt wider, the produce less crammed, and a back corner reconfigured, I still have never mastered the art of shopping Trader Joe's. The placement of items seems so random to me, and unituitive. Why are there peanut butter cups and harissa above frozen vegetables? Why are cookies over nearly everything frozen from dinner entrees to breakfasts? It can be a little frustrating for 'compartmental shoppers.' If you want fresh flowers, make sure you go early in the day for the best selection. And if you're going for flowers near the end of the week, be also forewarned that a number of church flower guilds use TJ to create and/or supplement their weekly arrangements because TJ gets some unique flowers in smaller bunches at decent prices.

Flower selection is always well-stocked, fresh, and beautiful. They have a good selection of meat, cheese, basic produce, and specialty frozen products. I have some gripes about the layout, but recognize that the model of TJ's is the 'thrill of the hunt.' I would complain, but I know they're doing it on purpose. It's fun. I went most recently on a Sunday morning. Do not recommend. I was dodging cute couples discussing Sunday supper while trying to get through quickly. I like to go at slower times so I have the room to lollygag and loaf about. My recommendations: soup dumplings, frozen mandarin chicken, strawberry licorice, and any other snack that strikes your fancy. I always pick up a couple bottles of the "two buck chuck." The Trader Joe's vineyard, Charles Shaw, is colloquially called "two buck chuck," but has gone up to $4 these days. Still, it's a good enough wine for me. I never go in expecting to find household items. I did not get to check aluminum foil off of my list. Alas, I must hunt some more. How thrilling!

I also appreciate that they are an option on the Too Good To Go platform. I do wish it were easier to obtain a bag, but I understand availability is limited due to the nature of how the program works. The prices can sometimes be higher than what you would pay at Walmart, but when you compare the quality, selection, and overall experience, the slightly higher cost feels worthwhile. Whole Foods offers many products that other stores do not, making it a valuable shopping experience, especially for people who enjoy trying new things. The store itself is clean, organized, and easy to navigate. I've never felt overwhelmed by the layout, and the atmosphere is enjoyable. The music is not too loud or distracting, which adds to the overall pleasant shopping experience.

We liked to get the Too Good To Go bags they offer - look it up, definitely worth trying out, they're just hard to get since they go so fast. I would like to try their hot bar - it has a lot of selections on it with a good variety. They also have a ton of stuff to try, but it does seem a little like Trader Joes - a lot of speciality foods, most of which are out of normal budget.
