My son was due for his second haircut, but the Winter Garden location didn't have availability when we needed, so we decided to schedule the father and son haircut at the Clermont location. We had a great experience at this location, just like at the other location. The staff was nice and did a great job on both my son and my husband's haircuts. My son loves to pick out his choice of "vehicle" to sit in while getting his hair cut. This time he picked the police car and enjoyed playing with the toy police car and the pop it toy that were at his seat. It's also convenient that they have movies playing to help entertain the kids. My son also enjoys picking out a toy from the treasure chest after his hair is cut. This location also had animal crackers, which were he gobbled up quickly on the ride home! The people have always been very sweet and great with the kids. The stylist asked if I wanted her to do a hard part on one of my sons because he looks like he used to have a hard part (he didn't). I said sure, which in hindsight you know what that's on me but i had to at least share these pictures cause he was actually very still during the cut so i don't even know why it looks like this. It's just hair and it'll grow back but it looks wild. Then the bottom of it one side is rounded out for some reason, which I didn't even notice until I left because I was distracted by the hard part. We asked for a last minute haircut on a Sunday. They not only accommodated us but gave the most amazing service! The staff are friendly and professional. And the other families there were having a great experience as well. Super kid and toddler friendly. Fun treasure box and also toys with kid friendly movies playing as well. I have been meaning to get our youngest daughter's first hair trimmed, primarily just to even out the curls from the front and back. To be 100% honest, I was petrified due to a lot of places saying they are "curl friendly" but aren't! But needless to say, I found this place that seemed to be able to fit both of my girls (age 3, and age 11) hair needs and that was very kid-friendly due to it being the youngest one's first experience, I didn't wanna make it a bad one. But I was very impressed! She listened to exactly what they wanted and of course, double-checked with me before proceeding lol. We will be coming back soon! read more

We arrived to this establishment after getting recommendations from other people. It was our son's first haircut ever, and I knew he has "stranger danger" so I was worried this haircut was not going to go well. This place has a "first haircut package" where they give you a lock of your baby's hair and take a photo for a keepsake. It's really cute and on the weekday they offer a $2 discount for this package (including on Fridays). We arrived and my son immediately started crying. He sat in a little police car and the hair stylist was so sweet, but he was not having it! She provided him with toys and gave me a little back massager to soothe him with. She handed my parents animal crackers to share with him as a distraction as well. She somehow magically managed to cut his hair perfectly even with all his dramatic wails. She was very sweet and all the staff members were friendly and handled my son with care. Now he looks adorable for his first birthday celebration and we couldn't be happier with the results! read more

Got my sons first hair cut here. At the age of 3 we had not cut his hair yet and went here thinking we could get a quality long style boys hair cut. The woman whom cut his hair paid no attention to the photo my wife had shown her before we had a chance to react the hair on the back of his head that was 12+" long was cut to less than an inch. So this was my first time taking my son to this location. I've taken him to pigtails before but another location. That one always went well. So because I didn't know who was best at the Claremont location or at least knew what they were doing, I just choose anyone.(wrong decision) So they gave me Anita M. I specifically told her what I wanted 3,4,&5 cut blended-yet she completely went in a different direction with the hair cut (wayyy to short. my son has two circles of where the hair meets on his head. NEVER A PROBLEM FOR THE OTHER LOCATION.) let me just say first, Anita didn't know how to work on my son hair and instead of just saying she messed up the cut. she cut my son hair super sort (which I DIDNT want or asked for and VERY uneven on both sides. she didn't even use his natural hair line to go with the cut. She forcefully tried making a new line and now my sons hair is UNEVEN! I am super pissed with the hair cut. DONT let this "stylist" cut you kids hair!! read more
