I love taking this class on Friday mornings to get a good sweat in right before the weekend. If you're looking for a one-on-one experience, Andrea also offers private and 2-person semi private classes. I took the Original class, but they have 2 other class formats; ReformX & Ignite that I will try next week. I did not catch the instructors name, but she was great. Our class was about 6 people and she made sure to walk around, correct everyone's form when needed, demonstrate the exercises and thoroughly explained how they should be done. I believe FS8 is run by the same people who run F45, so it's the same 45 minute format where you do each exercise for 45 seconds, and there are multiple screens throughout the studio demonstrating the exercise and timing your working and rest periods. This studio is located in a Publix shopping center in Weston and there is plenty of parking, especially when it's so early in the morning (I took a 7am class). I'll definitely be back for more classes and highly recommend this studio.

I will preface by saying that I have never had issues with any other gym using this benefit. If there's a location that's a participating gym, they know what it is. The owner assured me that that have used this benefit before and to give it a day to show up on their end. Cool. The money came out of my account and when I reach out for two days, they tell me 'we haven't received anything yet. But you can pay for classes now through us to get access to the app.' Excuse me? I already paid and I believe what is happening here is that they are trying to get me to pay them directly so that I have to commit to a contract of their terms. Three months minimum? Rolling after that? I reached out to active and fit and a rep called them personally to give instructions. The owner said her hands are tied. Tied or trying to play games???! I'm sorry for the people that work here that may have to deal with any schemes. Pilates is nice. Contracts before you know if you enjoy something, no.

Boot camp is really nothing more than a neatly choreographed class using cardio, weights, bands and your own body weight to tone your body and burn fat. I love our instructor Rachel and the class. * She is educated in the field and knows what she is talking about. * She is a wealth of exercise and nutrition information. * She always modifies the exercise based on a persons' ability. * She walks the walk. She is in amazing shape but doesn't act like a jerk. :) * Her prices are reasonable. * The class is always on time. * The class is challenging but fun. * The class is NEVER the same. I am extremely happy with the results I've seen since participating in boot camp. Rachel's class has also taught me many exercises that I now do on my own. This clubs are all super clean, the group X class studios are very cool mostly the one in Chicago, it looks like is a theater. The bathroom and lockers are always clean, you will always see the maintenance people making sure the place is sparkling, the front staff are always so welcoming and they make sure you are all set for to get inside of the place pleasantly. I highly recommend Midtown club.
