I decided to try Elevations Physical Therapy after a colleague recommended this place and I am SO happy I did. I thought that after constant yoga for the last 6 months, that the pilates classes would be a breeze. My bad. Pilates must work out your muscles in a different way. I was tired and sore after. Ok, specifics about this location and studio: Pros: 1) VERY small classes. At this location, four students MAX for the reformer classes. You get tons of individual attention from the instructor, which is great for every level. Big bonus for the small class size. 2) private parking lot. 3) close to one of my yoga studios (oh, is that not helpful for you?) Cons: 1) this studio is a bit on the small side. I was worried about hitting my neighbor with my arms and legs while using the straps. and i'm not tall. 2) sort of hard to find. it looks like a renovated detached garage of a big house.
