    Spin class!!!! Let's do this
    Amanda F.

Boxing, spin, poundfit, booty boot camp, and lots of plyo no matter the class it is awesome! Who doesn't love working out in the black light. ;) There are multiple classes each day and the app is great for keeping up with what is available and sending reminders for the classes I have signed up for. Bailey and Jen kick ass.... literally. Located in the Basement, you can work your butt off, grab a bite, a raw juice, or a wicked good coffee. All in one spot. Even find a wicked outfit to fit your new curves that escape has helped you sculpt. This is an awesome find. You have to try it to fully understand. I have been to tons of fitness classes and this is truly a unique experience.

    Ask the Community - Escape

What shoes should I bring to the spin class? Do they have cycling shoes to borrow?

The bikes at Escape work with clip-in cycling shoes or just regular shoes.

I've been trying to get in contact with this place for over a week. No luck. No one answers the phone and the number on the app is incorrect.…

I went into their Facebook page and found the correct number on there! I believe it's the owners number

    Is this place still open?

Yes, but the class schedule is somewhat limited. The most efficient way to view the class schedule is to download the app. It's black and lime green.

Walking in the dark past the boxing area you find yourself in the spin room that seems a little shy on space.
