Terri assessed where I needed to start and while it has been challenging and I do get sore, I am loving it. I never feel like I am going to get hurt or that she is going to ask me to do something I can't do. That doesn't mean that is easy. Terri really pushes me and challenges me and I look forward to working out with her each time. She also really watches my form and helps me adjust so that I don't get hurt and I get the most out of each movement. She also keeps the workouts fun and they constantly change.

Let's just say, I got my ass kicked in a very good way! Terri and Tom are absolutely fantastic and make for a great team as they pushed me much further than you think you can go. Very supportive and make you feel comfortable being there no matter what shape you are in. Sessions were very affordable and have helped me get into much needed shape as I head off to boot camp here this month. All the ladies are great instructors and it makes lifting more fun with the music. And it is also difficult and get for muscle endurance! They recently added Yoga which is a nice addition for a gym to not have to pay extra from the membership or go to a separate place to get Yoga classes.

My trainer at Performance EDU (Collin LaPorte) has the experience and training to help me work on various parts of my body, focusing on different muscle groups each session. My best friend has been working out here for two years so this recommendation comes from her as well. Watching all the different fitness coaches here work with people who have varying degrees of endurance and goals reassures me that they all are capable at what they do. The owner, Matt, was quick to respond when I gave the gym a call and provided amazing customer service! He even swung by the gym and introduced himself. Gym is fully equipped with several cardio machines (stairmaster, bikes, treadmills), free weights, benches, turf area, cable machines, resistance machines, two squat racks and much more. In addition, for an extra cost, you can have access to their Recovery Room which has infrared saunas, compression boots for lowerbody (I believe hips too), and massage guns. There are also small lockers that are available for use during your workout. The gym is very clean and all of the equipment is well-maintained. This is my first time at a privately owned gym and I can see why people lean towards em. If you're local, I HIGHLY recommend checking this place out and getting a membership. I will definitely be coming back here anytime I'm up here visiting! Thanks again, Matt!!
