I don't use this pharmacy but the pharmacist seems really nice. I did see a sign up that they are unable to take new prescriptions at this time. There's a small selection of pharmacy-type items, like first aid and some beauty products. The gifts are their big thing, though- for pretty much any occasion. They also offer free gift wrapping with nice paper, ribbon, and a gold foil Rexall sticker on the package. My main hesitation for that fifth star is the unrelenting onslaught of "can I help you"s, where it almost feels like you're being monitored while you browse. Of course it's always great to have help when you need it, but I find this level of engagement disconcerting and it makes me want to hurry up and get out of there. The prices on most items are higher than my budget allows, but they seem to be making the model work. I bought a pair of earrings here for $40 last week. It was too close to closing to have it gift wrapped but the cashier asked if I'd like a box for them. When I got home I realized she'd bent the cardboard card the earrings were mounted on to fit it into the box. Not a big deal but this did not make for a great presentation of them as a gift. This has not been my experience usually, as they almost always do a very nice job with the (free!) gift wrapping. They are closed on Sundays.

I arrived at 9:05 and waited for 15 min in a line only to be told to go wait in another line to "confirm insurance." Waited there for another 5 min to be told they already had the insurance but hadn't started the on the RX. So then they told me it would be 15-30 minutes. I still needed get some other things for my friends BUT the shelves are literally bare. Each aisle is easily 85%+ empty. So I went next door to Albertsons to grab the things needed. I came back to the pharmacy now 1.5 hours after my initial arrival and they still hadn't even started the RX. They were extremely rude and weren't helpful whatsoever. I would recommend avoiding this pharmacy/store at ALL COSTS!!

The young man comes out from the back, with attitude hits the button and says, "yeah?" I say I want to trade in my old game and put it towards the new one. "You have to do that up front." Then I proceeded to walk up front, and tell the older, blonde woman, behind the returns/exchange and she looks at me, with attitude, "I've never heard of this, I've been here 14 years and I've never done this or saw this!" Almost Aggressively says I can't return it because it's open. I go well, I want to trade it in towards the new one, I've done this for years." She calls two managers and they look at me like and say dismissively, "I've never heard of this." Tell them to look online even if you would like on YouTube and I showed them online that target talks about trade-ins. they then tell me I've never heard of this. They look it up and then tell me I would have to do it through the mail and online. at this point I feel as if they're accusing me of doing something or trying to pull something over them so I give up completely and just say all right I'll buy the game, just to end this weird interaction. *Overall, this target has horrendous customer service and shows why everything is going to online, AI, and robots!*

Since I started coming here I've had an issue almost every time I've come. First, I was told I'd have to return the following day because they were closing in 30 minutes and had already locked up the area my meds would be coming from (even though the script had been sent over 4 hours beforehand). The next time I went I was told that I would have to wait because my meds weren't ready, that script had been sent the day before. I'm always met with hesitance and told to come back, it doesn't matter how long they've had my prescription it seems like they won't fill it until I come. The last time, early today, I was told I'd have to come back in an hour because (surprise) my script wasn't filled yet, even though it had been sent in over two days ago. I come back almost 2 hours later and then I'm told they don't have it ready and it won't be filled until "maybe tomorrow". This time I'm told that although I was told that it would be ready they never actually checked their inventory, and they don't have the meds in stock. Absolutely horrible experience here, would be nice if they could get there act together and actually help people.

This location is big and the price is very competitive with other places. In general, the products sold are cheaper than other retailers. However, it is not always the best price. So you have to do some research to get the best valued deals. For your information, nowadays many places do not allow taking pictures or videos inside their store unless you have permission to do so. I was taking a picture while shopping but a young staff member stopped me. She questioned me and asked if I had permission to do so. After I explained that I did not, she told me to apply for it through the company.
