Two porches and a lovely terrace overlook Bayou Teche and the famed Crawfish bridge (not edible). The owner, Mary Lynn, has a healthy dose of graciousness and kick-in-the-pants humor. She had biscuits and cookies ready for us everyday which we devoured! It's rare that you meet someone who goes out of their way to make sure you're happy and enjoying yourself. She drove us 45 minutes to one of her favorite places- The Blue Moon. We planned to stay one night and were so thrilled with what we had found that we decided to stay for three.
