His price ended up being lower than three other quotes I got, and he fixed a lighting issue that two certified electricians said couldn't be fixed. In addition to the quality of work and attention to detail, he fixed a few cabinets for us that were offset free of charge, just to be a good guy. To top it all off, they cleaned the areas they worked to make it as clean as it was before they started the work- this goes a long way and I've worked with many contractors in the phoenix area that turn their nice up at a little sweeping.
