Your Sheriffs caused a huge back up on the 24/202 merger because one of your sheriffs towing a trailer literally stopped half in the emergency lane and half out in the freaking driving lanes FFS!! How much dumber do you have to be?! Seriously? Your deputies, sheriffs are so overwhelmingly incompetent on the most basic of critical skills and thinking required to be an officer in any capacity. knowing that I had a commitment order to stay at the adult detention center, I was not too pleased about it, which was obviously my fault because I got in trouble. But if you have to serve time in jail, I would definitely suggest the penal County sheriffs adult detention center. Between officers Morris at intake and Rodriguez and Goodman in the housing unit, and deputies Carter and Padilla, they were all very kind, funny and most of all understanding. They made it not so bad and the only reason why I'm giving it a four star and not a five star is because of the food. I didn't eat the whole time I was there, but they did make me feel heard and understood. So if you have to do unfortunate time, I hope it's with them! Made fun of the judge's hairline and he had me processed in county jail for the weekend on a failure to appear warrant I was taken in the custody at the courthouse and processed in to Pinal county adult detention center around 1 PM. I stayed the weekend and was released at 5 PM Monday afternoon. The medical staff suck. The correctional officers were annoyed with everyone. They constantly try to put words in my mouth, asking me if I wanted to hurt myself or others. The food was disgusting constantly cold and people always want to fight. The best thing you can do is just keep to yourself when you go in someone asks for your paperwork you give it to them if they don't feel like you're a threat you'll be fine and they feel like you are a threat and you're done for you won't be seeing daylight ever again they will end you right then and there this county jail is a lot more strict than any other jail ever The only good part about the Food was the dinner I received on Monday. It was some fake meat with some weird red sauce, but it tasted amazing. Highly recommend that meal again. I was put in H pot after I spent almost 24 hours in holding. read more

My home alarm system detected motion in the house while we're gone and by the time we arrived home the Sheriff deputy were already there. My friend had an issue at our residence yesterday. Sherriffs came and it had to do with her fathers passing and siblings dispute. All the sherriffs were respectful and proffesional with the exception of Officer Gibson , you know like Mel Gibson the star as he suggest. He was the rudest most disrespectful and totally unprofessional Sherriff. I don't have an issue with him doing his job but he has a terrible presence about him. This needs to be said. He needs to wear pants that fit because skinny jeans makes him look unprofessional . His awful attitude and disrespect make sherriffs look bad. His colleagues were all respectful and did their job. I'm sure they would appreciate him wearing pants that fit and to not be a total moron. I feel sorry for other citizens that have to deal with such an unprofessional and disrespectful man of law . I have much respect for of sherriffs, Officer , deputies and all law enforcement but this guy needs another profession because if he treats people like this and is representing our sherriffs it really makes them look bad. RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. They treat innocent people like GARBAGE. I got a call at 4 saying my father in law was ready to be picked up. So I drove 30 min down there. The guy at the counter laughed in our face Saying "he just got out of court he won't be ready for 1-4 hours" so that was pretty annoying. So we drove home and called back 30 min later. When we called we gave them his name and they say "we have no records of him, so he's probably released" So we drive all the way back and the EXTREMELY rude woman in the intercom told me she had no record of him. Then she says oh he was released HOURS AGO. She was so rude and disrespectful to me and claimed i was being rude when I was upset that we were told multiple things. My POOR father In law walked 15'miles home because they couldn't get their fucking facts straight. read more

Call Annette in Dispatch and was needing assistance with getting direction and they refuse to help. We then contact Sgt. Aldridge ID 792 he says, only asked him for direction he got on the phone was no help, still refuse to help, we then ask for his supervisor and rudely hung up. We then called back to Cpt. Rankin They put me on hold and didn't come back. I just called them for help and this what we got. read more

Very professional ,when arrested they provided me with matching bracelets and insisted I ride in the back.the car provided was spacious,they even opened the door for me.they didn't have snacks but informed at our final destination that a bag lunch would be served.I gotta say it was an experience. read more

Got rear ended and the jerk drove off...called the non emergency # when i got to work due to having to chase the guy sown for his license plate. I basically got lectured by the deputy who retuned my call! He was very rude and acted like i was wasting his time for even calling! Way to protect and serve the innocent! Our phone call got cut and he never tried to call back. Called dispatch again & was told by dispatch he got all his info he needed and he was working on it. My son who has autism was driving his electric golf cart to the HOA pool as he has done time and time again. He has also drove this same golf cart to Walmart and Starbucks for the past 3 years. He has seen may county sheriff officers and patrol vehicles. Last night he was stopped and given 3 civil violations, He was doing what he had been doing for years. Some young gung-ho officer stopped him last night and gave him the citations. From what I gather from my son the stop was weird. The officer said a few weird things. My son has autism and is trying to live his life the best that he can. He will not do anything that he thinks is wrong. Now he is up against these violations. I am very unhappy with the department. They have been very inconsistent when seeing my son. This is a sad situation. My son does not understand the situation. Pinal county Sheriff's office should be better. They should do better. Are they trained on how to deal with individuals with Autism? This would have been a perfect situation for a warning. Better judgement could have been used. My son was not bothering or hurting anyone. He was not a hazard. He was not negligent. The officer could have done a much better job at doing his job. Are they not here to serve and protect? Do these young officers understand what they should be doing? My son does not bother anyone. He is the best person I know. read more

The Pinal County Sheriffs Office is a wonderful service, especially for those who dont have a local police department. The people do more work over a larger area with less people and they do it better! They also have plenty of vacancy at their county Jail for those who like to beat family members, participate in gang activity, and those who dont go to court for the FIRST few crimes they committed. These officers and office seems to be disorganized. I had incident saturday night at lost dutchmen state park. No one showed around 10pm i called hour later and woman answered asked why i didnt call during the incident. I said i did and she transferred me to a man who says he came out and no one was there. Nextday i talk to lennon wanting to write a report on incident saturday night. He refused and said there was no record of my two 911 calls. Another sheriff supervisor also refused my report for an incident. Said it was outside of their jurisdiction and goto the park for report. Problem is i went to park to make report and manager tim/jim refused. Watch out because they are unprofessional change their stories and lie. Manager tim at park told sheriff a park ranger was banging on my camper windows and doors and told to shutoff generator off. Yet another camper told me he did it the next day when he came forward to talk to me and rangers. I ran my generator both nights before saturday. Not one person mentioned rules cant use your generator waited until saturday night to harrass me and break it while police station is closed? Their stories mismatched one another from manager tim and managers at sheriff department. credibility is null. Later after lennon said there was no record of my 911 calls the other sheriff said there was evidence of one phone call. Unprofessional and unorganized. I wonder how these people keep their jobs? There are many smarter on the ball people in my opinion working at mcdonalds. read more

My husband and I recently had problems with our teenage son unfortunately involving the law. Considering this was terrible thing for our family and very worrisome Deputy Alvarado and Deputy Stout were so involved and took time to look into our case. They were extremely professional but also actually cared for the community and the kids in this area.
