My hubby and I love pinball. Whenever we find a pinball joint, we'll always go and play. We recently visited Pinball Long Island for date night and had such a good time. They had a great assortment of machines and loved that some with the same themes were next to each other. It was clean and well designed, with the charming relics in the way back. There were some old style arcade games up front too which was a fun surprise. I love me some Space Invaders. It wasn't crowded when we went and we played a little before dinner and then again after... I'd love to see it busier because I hate the idea it might not stick around... If you like pinball, this is the place to go to. Let's be a little bit technical. They have a handful of machines from the 60s and 70s, a bunch from the 1980s and 1990s and quite a few that are about 20 to 25 years old. all of the machines are extremely well-maintained and very clean. The folks/patrons that were there were very pleasant. No marauders or riffraff. They charged $20 and you could play as much as you want for as long as you want. That is a unimaginable bargain. Frankly, it is a no-brainer. Not that this dilute the value, but be aware of a couple things. First, there is nothing to eat or drink in the establishment. I don't think this is such a bad idea because food and drinks can spill or get all over the equipment in the machines and ruin them. So you're probably thinking....I will take a break and walk to one of the juxtaposed restaurants. No. You'll have to pay again. Full price. Maybe bring your own snack and beverage--if they let you. I'm not sure. Definitely come here and don't batt and eyelash!, you'll be glad you did!!!! read more

This was a fun arcade! You pay a flat fee per person and you have unlimited access to many pinball machines. There are a ton of machines from vintage to modern. A lot of Marvel themed ones as well. I really liked the Game of Thrones, Led Zeppelin, Deadpool, and Iron Man pinball machines. I felt like I was kind of getting somewhere with those haha. I was getting better with scoring as time went on! There seems to be some strategy with controlling the ball via the flippers that I couldn't quite grasp all the way so I just need more practice and tutorials. Certain machines I felt like I kept losing and the pinball would just make a beeline right down the center and out, or they kept bouncing and going out in the outer lanes which was a bummer. Maybe a skill issue but could be due to the designs of the machine. Also some of the machines had flippers that kept sticking so we stopped using them since we kept losing on them. But since the play is unlimited it doesn't matter too much so just keep playing and have fun! Staff was nice! There are also restrooms but no food or drink (yet). read more

Stopped in here with some friends to close out a brewery day in town. It was $20 unlimited free play per adult and we had so much fun. You can come and go as you please for the remainder of the day so you can har hop or grab food from other establishments in the area. The mix of old machines and new machines was extensive. Such beautiful machines. Wish we could have had some drinks with us but the girl at the front said they were working on putting a bar in. Looking forward to coming back if the bar ever gets added. I came here on a week day slightly after opening. I can't really talk about how crowded it gets in the evening. For $20+ tax you can play as much as you like. You can even leave and come back and play up until closing. I think it's wonderful that you can leave and come back and still play! So many different themed pinball games! Also Ms. Pac-Man! You can spend a good amount of time here. Fun for the entire family. They also have a deal with Aroogas. For an extra $10 you can get a drink and wings. I do wish they had some concessions in house. Nothing crazy...just water/soda and chips. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. read more

A bright new destination for pinball enthusiasts. This hall boasts dozens of newer pinball tables from Jersey Jack Pinball and Stern, classic tables upgraded with new lighting effects, rumble features, and color dot matrix displays, and a few electromechanical curiosities too. Pinball Long Island is well lit, clean, and incredibly well maintained. During my visit, only three of the fifty plus (?) tables were not playable. The entry admission charge ($20) is more than fair for what's available. Hardcore pin-heads can also compete in regularly schedule tournaments for prizes. I hope the community of Patchogue and the rest of Suffolk County comes out to support this fun establishment and help it thrive for years to come. read more

WE LOVE THIS PLACE! After playing at a pay-one-price Pinball Museum in Asheville, NC, we were eager for a local establishment to open on Long Island... and it finally did, in April 2023! Josh (& family) really did their homework -- setting up a chock-full pinball arcade. With timeless classics, to brand new games, Pinball Long Island will NOT disappoint any pinball enthusiast! You pay one price ($20 + tax for adults; there is a kid rate), and can play all day, go out to eat, come back and play some more! If you like REALLY old, vintage machines, go to the back room -- those are pretty cool. The games are grouped by themes -- with corresponding paraphernalia on the walls. The *only* negatives: 1. sometimes it's too loud to hear your machine, 2. A few games have a bit of glare on the glass. You get over all this quickly. Went here Friday night with my husband and we had a blast. My husband has been getting into pinball lately and there is one particular machine he was looking for- Medieval Madness. This place had it :-) we found out through the website Pinballmap (since it stated this location had over 100 machines). They also have some old school pinball machines, which I enjoyed playing. Actually, they have many of our favorites so we ended up staying until closing. Also, one of the guys was kind enough to let my husband finish up his game even though it was already closing time. For pricing, it is $20 for adults & it is unlimited for the day (I forgot the price for children, maybe $10 for the day). You will get a receipt in case you need to leave so don't think you have to stay in the place the whole time. We definitely want to come back! I hope people continue to appreciate the fun that pinball machines offer and make their way to Pinball Long Island. read more

We had a lot of fun here with my family. The owner and staff were very nice and the atmosphere was great. It truly is a pinball museum with a lot of great memorabilia of comic and movie related themes too. They appear to have pinball machines of many ages which I appreciated. I thought the price was very worth it as we not only spent a lot of time playing games initially, we went out to eat in the area and came back later and played some more (great policy!). So we definitely felt we got our money worth. I like how they are partnering with local restaurants to have special days where you can include a meal too with your games. Another great idea. Second time I've tried visiting and once again doors are all locked- and no number to call..

We came her today around 8:30pm tonight, I really would have loved to play tonight HOWEVER, the pricing made it impossible for my family to enjoy pinball tonight and we went to Dave and Busters for a much cheaper time playing games. When asking if there was an hourly rate because we were arriving close to when they were closing, they said they still were charging the full price for the "full day pass" to play even though i wasn't even going to be there for the full day obviously. They said that it is because they cannot regulate how long people have been there for. There are PLENTY of places that I have been to including arcades and trampoline parks that have time slots that you can pay for that are written on a wrist band and when your time block is called, wristbands are checked to ensure that you either purchase more hours or you leave the facility. $60+tax for my family to enjoy pinball for an hour or so is outrageous. We went to Dave and Busters and spent $35 and spent the same amount of time there. If you want retro gaming for the same pricing that is ACTUALLY an all day pass, go to the smith haven mall. There's a place in the food court with an all day pass to retro arcade gaming that allows you to even leave and walk around the mall and come back that opens at 11:00am. read more

I saw Pinball Long Island featured on News 12 the other day. I went there with a friend yesterday.. So many machines from my days of growing up. I loved the back room with the very old machines. The flat rate was a fantastic bargain. We were able to leave for a break for dinner and come back and play more. The owners are super friendly. Good luck to this new fun place. read more
